'We moved to this hotel last minute because another one in the area had mold issues. There were a lot of things we appreciated about this hotel. The front desk lady was very friendly. We loved the hot coffee and lemon water in the lobby at all hours. The breakfast was delicious and liked the hours. My kids used tbe pool and enjoyed it. The location was great. We walked across the street to the mall one night.'

'I called 3 days before my reservation asking if I can pay in cash when I arrive and the lady told me yes and when I arrived they told me they told me they don’t accept cash , so I went to add the cash onto my card and when I came back they gave my room away and said “there’s no more rooms”. Nobody bothered to help in any other way , I had to call the other location and he found me another hotel right away.'

'Goed en schoon hotel. Wel net over de grens in de staat Washington. Je denkt omdat je Portland boekt in de staat Oregon te zijn. Dat was even een instinkerdje ook omdat de TomTom nu redelijk in de war raakte!'

'Clean and comfortable room'

'The first room we were given was a semi nightmare. After the squeaky bed, the toilet started leaking. We requested and received another room and it was much better.'

'The entire hotel is not just under a minor renovation it is a full renovation with black mold exposed. The entire lounge area is unusable. The hot tub not working, elevator not working. Trash cans everywhere. This hotel should not be operating and it certainly should not be charging what it is under these conditions. HORRIBLE conditions!!'

'Check-in was good, that was the last nice thing. Our first room was dirty. We had to leave and come back later for a room to be made available for us. We arrived around 5:30 PM. Second room had one bed that the sheets had obviously not been changed bc there were makeup smears all over. The floors have been so badly cared for that they’re warped and they squeak loudly whenever we walked around. Shower was crazy, the head sprayed water everywhere no matter what we did. 'I would have given this 4 stars because the place itself was awesome. But 2 things put me off 1 the listings say king size beds when we went to say something to the front desk person to report the problem of having a queen size bed but he insisted the hotel only has king size beds and made my boyfriend and I question ourselves. 'The floors were so clean, the staff was very helpful. The location was ideal for us. The rooms were smaller than we are used to. But we adjusted. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The pool area was nice, but pool plaster could be redone. The self laundry was convenient, but should be able to take a credit card. Would be nice if there was a little beverage/candy/sundries shop near the front desk. The daily afternoon cookies were a nice touch!'

'Very nice and clean accommodations. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of items. The pool was beautiful, though we personally prefer an indoor pool to protect from sun and other weather. We were surprised at the barking dog noise in the room next to us and assume that animals are allowed to be left alone. There is a need for this for those who travel. We were just surprised. Staff was very pleasant.'
