Prachtig uitzicht op het meer !! Kom en verblijf in ons onlangs gerenoveerd 2 slaapkamer / bad appartement gelegen op een perfect afgelegen 5 hectare veel recht in de stad! Zo privé! Slechts 4 eenheden in dit gebouw. Op slechts 2 blokken van de historische Dam van Bagnell, waar u restaurants, bars, winkels en andere toeristische attracties zult vinden, zoals parasailing, jetski's, helikoptervluchten en arcades.

Condo is ingericht met kust / nautische inrichting.

Het appartement bestaat uit een queensize bed in de master en een tweepersoonsbed met een twin-onderschuifbed in de tweede kamer. Maximale bezetting 4. Volledig ingerichte keuken, tv's in de woonkamer en slaapkamers, centrale airconditioning en wifi.

2 dekzones. Het achterdek geeft je een geweldig uitzicht op Jennings Branch Cove en de jachthavens en aan de voorkant kun je grillen en het hert bekijken.

Condo ligt op slechts 2 stappen van het parkeren. Er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor auto's en trailers. Vraag naar de beschikbaarheid van de scheepsbodem.

This condo/apartment is so clean and well-appointed. Comfortable furniture and beds. Lovely, functional kitchen, and nicely sized bathroom. The balcony overlooking the water is of course the best feature. Parking is on level ground with a couple or three steps - not a big deal. We loved it! Thanks Pam & Dave!

Wonderful Place!

This is our second time staying here and we absolutely love it. The location is so peaceful and private but you are only a few blocks from anything you would need. The house is very stylish, clean and comfortable with beautiful views of the water below and deer wondering around the grounds. The owners are very helpful and accommodating.

The cabin/condo was extremely clean and well decorated. It is a very spacious, especially for a couple. The owners provided bottled water and fruit snacks along with a magazine will all of the local events and locations. I will stay there again. Would recommend to anyone.

Incredible weekend at the Lake

Dave and Pam’s property was an exceptional experience and stay. Their place was clean, quiet and in the perfect location. We were a short walk from the dam and strip of restaurants with an amazing view of the lake. The condo was spotless and had everything you could need to prepare your own food and drinks if you want to save some money. We will certainly be back and staying with them in the future.

Perfect!

I don't want to set the expectation too high, but I LOVED everything about this place. The hosts were absolutely wonderful to rent from, the home - yes home, is decorated just enough to make it feel cozy and homey, was clean and stocked perfectly for 2 friends to cook in 2 of our 3 night stay, and the location is deceiving because you are right in town, but yet on either porch it feels like you are far removed from it. I would definitely rent from Pam and Dave again!

Great Property, Great Location

My fiancé and I booked a weekend getaway here, and we were not disappointed. The place was very clean and was an easy check in/out process. Pam was extremely friendly and helpful, and anything you possibly could have left at home she’s sure to have at the house (shampoo, dishes, batteries, etc.) We also seen deer every day outside our rental, which I absolutely enjoyed. I’d definitely book again for any future trips to the Ozarks.

This charming home was perfect in every way for me and my daughter. I must point out upon our arrival Mr. Dave and Ms. Pam provided exceptional level of service. Everything was perfect upon arrival. Professionally managed every step of the way. They provide top-notch service with excellent communication. This home was in the perfect location for our needs and where we were intending to go each day. The place is really nice just as described with a beautiful view.
