Prime location in a very popular complex on Horseshoe Bend. Just minutes from the Bagnell Dam strip and Osage Beach.


Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a coffee maker with drip and K cup combo! There is a breakfast bar with 4 barstools as well as a dining table that seats two.

Living Room

The living room features 2 couches, one with a queen sofa bed. Flat screen TV and a sliding glass door that opens up to the lake front balcony.

Master Suite
The master suite features a king size bed, nightstands and a flatscreen TV. This room also has a private sliding glass door out to the lakefront balcony as well as floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the views! Private attached bathroom with single vanity sink and tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features a queen-sized bunk bed, nightstand and spacious closet.

Outside
Out on waterfront balcony you will find a patio table with seating for six.

Dock
Down at the community dock there is a 10x20 boat slip available for rent. ***There is no trailer parking available at this complex***

**MAKE SURE TO STOP AT THE OFFICE AND GRAB A PARKING PASS. The double doors on the office are always open and have blank parking passes inside. The complex enforces parking passes and will tow your car.

This unit is within walking distance of Four Seasons Café and Convenient store. Southwood Shores Condos are conveniently located off Horseshoe Bend, just a few minutes from all the events and excitement on the Bagnell Dam Strip. Located near many of the most popular bars and restaurants such as Shady Gators, Camden on the Lake, H-Toads, Tucker Shuckers, and so much more!

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
