An additional daily pet fee will apply. Unauthorized pets may result in cancellation without refund. Guest Verification: All occupants must be verified prior to arrival. The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Be a Good Neighbor: Please respect the property, community, and surrounding homes. Loud parties or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited. Check-In/Check-Out Procedures: Guests are required to follow all provided check-in and check-out instructions. Policy Enforcement: Failure to follow these rules or any other house guidelines may result in immediate cancellation without refund and removal of any posted reviews per platform policy. No Smoking Policy This is a 100% smoke-free property, including all indoor areas, outdoor decks, patios, and the dock. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited. If there are any signs of smoking or evidence (including odor, ashes, or damage), a minimum cleaning and restoration fee of up to $500 will be charged to the guest. Thank you for helping us keep the home fresh and enjoyable for all guests.

PET POLICY:
-Pets must be potty trained, under 25 pounds, and current on all vaccinations.
-Pets cannot be left unattended in the home unless secured in a kennel.
-If pets are left unattended in the home outside of a kennel, it may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund.
-Pets must be leashed at all times when outside in the community.
-No excessive barking or noise is allowed.
-Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste on the exterior of the property.
-Pet owners are responsible for any additional cleaning fees or damages caused by pet hair, accidents on floors or furniture, or any other damage.
-A daily pet fee of $35 per pet applies.
