Geniet van de vredige en serene omgeving terwijl u ontspant op het enorme terras met uitzicht op de bomen. Geniet van de gashaard terwijl je wijn drinkt met vrienden of s'mores maakt met de kinderen 's avonds!

Centraal gelegen tussen 100's wandel- / sneeuwscooterpaden, stranden van Lake Tahoe en verschillende skigebieden. Perfect voor winter- en zomerplezier. Dit huis is zeer geschikt voor meerdere gezinnen met aparte slaapgedeeltes.

Er zijn drie niveaus met vier slaapkamers, een bonusruimte met een tweepersoons slaapbank, 3 1/2 baden, speelruimtes voor kinderen en volwassenen met airhockey, shuffle board, schaaktafel en spelletjes.

Beschikt over dubbele dekken, outdoor gas vuurplaats, hot tub, volledig ingerichte keuken inclusief crock pot voor eenvoudige diners, koffiemolen, koffiezetapparaat, mixer, mini keukenmachine, rijstkoker, Belgische wafelijzer, bakpannen, enz .., high-end gas BBQ en buiten eettafel op het bovendek.

Er is een garage voor 2 wagens (biedt plaats aan 2 kleine tot middelgrote auto's) plus ruimte voor boot, camper en al je winter- en zomerspeelgoed. In de winter kun je direct uit de voordeur sleeën!

Als u moet werken of uw leven wilt controleren, heeft het bureau een dockingstation met monitor, toetsenbord en printer, u hoeft alleen uw laptop mee te nemen.

Maak je geen zorgen als je laat op bezoek gaat, er is wat gevulde koffie, room, suiker, instant havermout, warme chocolademelk, wafelmix en siroop om je te laten beginnen.

Toegang tot de stranden van Incline Village is bij de huur inbegrepen. Entreegelden zijn van toepassing. Momenteel zijn toegangsprijzen voor stranden $ 12 per volwassene en $ 5 per kind. Incline Village Rec Center is ook beschikbaar met zwembad. Burnt Cedar Beach heeft een buitenzwembad in de zomer.

Bearadise was the perfect setup for our family. We loved sitting out on the deck to enjoy the beautiful weather. The house was very clean and well-stocked. The beds were very comfortable. Perfect property for our group of 3 couples. Each couple had a separate floor with bed and bath. The decks were the highlight-we loved sitting outside any time of day. The house was very clean and well stocked.

Prior to our arrival, I had questions regarding our stay. The host immediately responded to my questions and was very helpful. Upon arrival, I noticed the house, inside and out, matched the photos online. The property was clean and all the amenities mentioned were available. The property is centrally located and just minutes from several beaches, hikes, dining and other activities. My family and I truly enjoyed “Bearadise” and will recommend it to all our friends headed to the Tahoe area.

A Perfect Family Getaway in Tahoe

My family and I stay in Tahoe every year, and for the second year in a row, we returned to this same cabin. We absolutely fell in love with it last year, and it continues to exceed our expectations. The cabin is perfect for families, with plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy together, but the master bedroom also provides the privacy and comfort needed for some relaxing time with my wife. One of our favorite features is how the master bedroom opens up to an amazing hot tub—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Tahoe. The owner is incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring every aspect of our stay was seamless. Both inside and out, this cabin is ideal for a vacation in Tahoe, and it truly feels like a home away from home. We can’t wait to return for future trips!

We had the most wonderful stay at ”Bearadise.” Heaven from reservation to check out. Tami was quick to respond to my every question. The house instruction binder was extremely helpful. This home was perfect! The house was immaculate. There was a great amount of supplies and other amenities available that were useful for our stay. Very well-appointed home

The owner/host of this house stated upfront that they use this home regularly for their own enjoyment...and you can tell. All the comforts of home are present. We've rented many houses through VRBO, but none compare to the little details put into this rental. Little things you take for granted...like extra/convenient charging ports, plushy towels, and...oddly enough...tissue boxes. Those touches show the thoughtful care put into this home. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful, very well supplied home near beaches and shopping/activities. Great set up for adults and littles. Fabulous lower deck with awesome hot tub, separate bed/bath spaces for privacy, fun and games for the entire family! We would stay here again.

Bearadise is wonderful!!

The house was beautiful and immaculate. Incredibly well equipped and provisioned. The kitchen shelves even have labels so you know what goes where. The china and silverware was lovely. The hostess Tami was amazingly helpful and easy to communicate with. She and her husband have worked hard to make this home fabulous. Everyone in my family raved. You cannot go wrong here.

Great Family Vacation

The house was just as it was listed and seen in pics. Everything was clean and ready for us. Host has the house very organized with clear instructions and info for guests, and anything we needed in the kitchen was there, even a crock pot which came in handy to come back from a full day outing to dinner ready. Enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit and beautiful decks. Plenty of space for our group of 7. Great Incline Village location. Quiet neighborhood, very peaceful, which we enjoyed. We enjoyed Sand Harbor beach by getting up early to get there and score parking for the day. (They have a restaurant there to order lunch, and it has a full bar. ) We appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, coolers, games etc that were available to use. We also appreciated nice touches like mini hotel style soaps, shampoos, conditioners etc. We also did the Tahoe Treetop adventure course near Tahoe City and really enjoyed it. Super fun outing. Tip- you can order groceries online from Raleys and just schedule for pickup on your way in to town. We did this and it was great to get settled in and have groceries ready when we got there. Hosts were attentive and communicated quickly. Very happy with our stay-Thank you! We would for sure stay here again.

Perfect Family Vacation

We loved our week in this home. It is very comfortable and cute. We used the hot tub nightly, cooked in the kitchen and on the grill, played their board games, and slept in comfortable beds. There were 6 of us, all adults, and there was plenty of room on the couch and at the dinning room table. What a wonderful time!

Luxurious and quiet Lake Tahoe retreat

We stayed with 4 adults and 3 kids. The property met all our expectations and we enjoyed every minute. The equipment, furniture, appliances, toys and everything were in perfect shape. Best house for kids

This property was amazing and exceeded our expectations! There was so much for the kids to do and they honestly almost preferred to be at the house. The hosts thought of everything we might need to make our stay comfortable and convenient. Definitely not a party house if that’s what you’re looking for (no deck or hot tub use after 10pm) but perfect for families looking to explore a beautiful area and enjoy each other’s company. Thanks again for an amazing stay!
