Met dit appartement met één slaapkamer, één badkamer, kunt u letterlijk SKI IN EN SKI UIT, ENKELE VOETEN VAN UW VOORDEUR (afhankelijk van de sneeuw). Het voorraam ligt direct aan het pad. Parkeer de auto, vergeet de shuttle en stop met het dragen van uw apparatuur honderden meters. We hebben twee bootdrogers / kachels voor uw gebruik. (En met de beveiligde kast net buiten de voordeur kunt u uw spullen buiten de unit laten.)

De woonkamer is voorzien van een grote lederen zitbank, echte houtgestookte open haard met gasstarter en een 55-inch HD-flat-panel TV aan de muur met HD-programmering en een DVD / DVR (zoals Tivo). We bieden ook high speed internet toegang via een high speed kabelverbinding en Wi-Fi.

De keuken is voorzien van een grote koelkast met ijsblokjesmachine, gasfornuis en oven, vaatwasser, magnetron en koffiezetapparaat. U kunt eten aan de doorgangsbar tussen de keuken en woonkamer, of de tafel gebruiken, die plaats biedt aan vier personen.

Naast het queensize bed in de slaapkamer kan de bank in de woonkamer gemakkelijk worden omgezet in een queensize slaper. Twee slaapmatjes van schuim zijn ook beschikbaar voor gebruik op de vloer en zijn geweldig voor kinderen. We hebben een queensize luchtbed toegevoegd. Erg comfortabel.

Uw verblijf geeft u ook toegang tot (en omheind, privéparkeergelegenheid bij) het recreatiecentrum ($ 5,00 per persoon per dag), met een complete fitnessruimte, een verwarmd buitenzwembad dat het hele jaar door geopend is en drie grote warme spa's voor badkuipen alleen beschikbaar voor eigenaren en gasten van skipistes.

The cabin was very dusty and gave us allergies. We had to shake all the blankets and pillows and the host never answered any messages we sent. We had to wait for help from the client to be able to enter since the access code was not the one sent in the information.

Convenient but needs updating

Condo is in the nice area of Northstar Resort. Good condo for 2 people. More than that would be crowded. Interior and furniture need updating. The previous update to the appears to be 25 or more years ago. It appeared that the condo was not used in a while as it smelled musty stale when we arrived. Upon entering the bedroom a huge spider was on the bed and many more were seen throughout the condo. Northstar Resort is close to Truckee, which is the reason we stayed there. Price is quite reasonable. We stayed in the same complex in 2024 and the unit was much nicer.

Hidden gem in Northstar

Really loved our stay. Was originally going with my son for spring break. At the last minute, one of his friends and friends' dad came along as well. Was worried if the place was big enough but no issues at all. Everyone was comfortable and had a great time. Real ski in/out makes such a big difference. Would definitely stay here again.

Description not accurate

The listing indicated that this condo could sleep 5. When we arrived, we only found sheets for one bed. The owner took a long time to respond to our concern and when he did he promised that sheets would be delivered. The sheets never showed up our entire stay. We ended up leaving a night early since my kids were so uncomfortable. I’m now working with VRBO for a refund of our last night, but again the owner isn’t responding. If you do book this place, bring your own sheets and towels. We also had communication issues with the owner to get access to the property. It took several texts and phone calls before he gave us the code to the door.

Perfect for Father and Adult Son

Fantastic location for winter sports enthusiasts. At 58 years old, location to chairlift/gondolas is a game changer. Also, access to the recreation center for Hot Tubbing and swimming helped these old knees out! Simple, Practical Tranquil and Accommodating best describe the Condo. Plus, the Host was accessible and helpful with our questions. Highly recommend it.

Coyote Fork Ski In/Out

Property is on Coyote Fork in the building closest to the Condo Run, so is very much a ski in / ski out location. You can literally look out the window and see the Village Express chairlift and the condo run (and the village run behind a few trees.) These condos were built some time ago (I want to say 1975?), so the units vary depending on when they were most recently remodeled. This unit was in good working order - perhaps last updated around 2000 (oven had a 25 year old serial number?) though furniture looked newer. Everything was clean; cleaners do a great job! Please do read the listing carefully - unlike any other location we've stayed, there was no shampoo or bath soap provided. There was a coffee pot, but no coffee (not even a partial open bag from a prior tenant...) Oh, as the last unit at the end of a bunch of stairs, you might want to consider driving down to the village for dinner (skiing back in isn't an option after the gondola closes down for the night) - there is free parking in the premium lots after 3 pm.

Property is located near the Vista Express Lift and Main Gondola. A "Ski Condo Run" is located directly behind the property and you can walk to the run and head to the main gondola. Other amenities such as boot dryer, easy parking access, excellent heater, comfy couch, and cozy bedroom, made this property excellent for a short stint at Northstar!

It was OK. The visit had a mix of pros and cons. Firstly, it's worth noting that the property is quite outdated, which might charm some guests but might not be everyone's cup of tea. A major issue was the bathtub faucet, which was already broken. The handle came off right in my hand, making it difficult to use. This is something that definitely needs attention. On the plus side, the property is affordable, and it's kept clean, with fresh linens provided. It's also a quiet place, which was welcomed. However, the furniture in the property is showing signs of wear and tear, and the rugs look like they've seen better days, with visible stains. There are a few burntout light bulbs. The master closet is full of odds and ends for the upkeep of the place, The fireplace was a cool feature however I did not use it. In summary, this property is a cost-effective and peaceful option. Just be prepared for some dated decor and a few maintenance concerns.

Relaxing, restful spot

We catered a wedding in Tahoma and stayed here after driving, shopping and prepping all day then doing the wedding. It was clean, peaceful, quiet and lovely Kitchen was well stocked and the big fridge was great

Small but functional condo

The place is in a great location for ski/bike access to Northstar resort. The listing says there is a pool and hot tub but these a very far away and cost an additional fee to use. That was a bummer. The place is very small so I would not recommend for more than two couples or a small family.
