'Fantastic pool. Clean, modern facilities. A bit hit and miss with the restaurant could have had more flexible grab and go breakfast items besides coffee. Staff at the desk could have had more written intro to the workings of the resort. Eg pool towel location, wifi connection food options '

'Everything we needed all in one place. '

'Hotel offers what you need. Beds were big and comfortable. AC not very noisy and fast internet. Good starting point for visiting Kootenay NP. The hotel is overpriced compared with other BW hotels we frequented.'

'Lots of emails in advance including pre-check-in, but on arrival nothing was ready and all information needed to be filled-out again! Nice resort, great looks over surroundings and golf course, nice pools and jaccuzi. Condo was outdated and not thoroughly cleaned. The vintage plastic table cloth from the early 60’s should really be removed. '

'Niet zo massaal, mooie uitstraling van de lodge en dichtbij alles wat je zoekt in Panorama (pistes, heet water baden en heliski). Restaurant onder hetzelfde dak is ook prima, ook een leuke plek, die ook niet gasten aandoen om een drankje te drinken of een hapje te eten.'

'We had a great stay here! Even though the cold pool and waterslides were closed they still had the warm pool and the hot tubs working and our 2 year old had a blast splashing around! Beautiful property and it wasn't too crazy busy which we enjoyed. Overall we had a lovely stay!'
