'Unfortunately, my recent stay at this property (yellow house) was far from satisfactory. Check in process was easy and hassle free, the house has all amenities listed on the site. The day after our arrival, we woke up with red, big bumps on our arms and legs, a couple of days later we discovered that the bedrooms were infested with bed bugs, which made for an incredibly uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. 'While the original property was unfortunately a late scratch due to a plumbing issue, got another property at the same location that same morning as we arrived. Communication was excellent, the room was good, and the location for being in the midst of Palm Beach was perfect. Grocery store across the street, lots of great restaurants. Just keep in mind that Palm Beach is an expensive place if you go, but the room and management was everything I expected. No disappointments!'
