Employees are very friendly. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Plenty of room in lobby area to sit and be comfortable if you dont want to be in your room. Definitely stay there again.

Probably the best all around hotel I've ever stayed at. Staff was polite and helped with whatever I needed. Absolutely the best hot breakfast of any hotel ever. You guys are the best!

We come here for our nieces and nephews birthday parties and want to stay somewhere close, convenient and clean. We’ve stayed here a few times. It’s affordable, clean and the breakfast buffet is great. The only complaint is the rooms are not sound proof. We heard every door shut, conversation, etc.

The property was perfect for what I needed. I actually don’t live far but I had two very busy work days back to back and decided to spurge for a hotel instead of driving a round, wasting gas and losing sleep. The staff AT the hotel was great. However, I called a few times beforehand regarding an early check in and the call center operators were horrible. I was hung up on twice. Would not recommend them. Wish I could call the local property directly.

Not too bad - deep clean needed
The room was large and had several places to sit. Liked the coffee table that lifted to a computer table. Bed was comfy. The room vents were dirty. Esp the exhaust vent in the bathroom. It was caked with dirt. The dust came into the air and made me sneeze.

I really like this property except after I checked in and went to my room on 2nd floor I went to ice machine and it wasn’t working. 2 weeks ago I had a room on the 2nd floor and the ice machine was not working. I told staff at both visits about the problem. The hotel needs to repair the machine

Whining Heat
Appearance of the room was very good, staff were very nice and breakfast was decent. Heat did not work very well and gave off load grinding noise when it was running. I was going to ask for another room, but I talked with my traveling companions and found out their's were the same. Shower water pressure was terrible as well.

Very nice breakfast options and eating area. Especially pleasant and helpful breakfast room attendants. Same can be said about the front desk staff - simply nice people with a great sense of humor.

An Event fail
The woman at the main desk the night we checked in was super rude when I asked for the complimentary water for hotel members, even though I had my membership out to show her. She was also super rude to my kids when they came to the front desk for extra pillows and blankets for the pull-out sofa and roll-away which was odd since she said to send them down. I then had to go down and get the linens myself. We did not get the room we had booked which included enough beds for everyone so I had to go back to the desk to ask for a new room or something to fix the issue. I was at the front desk a total of 3 times, my kids went 2 extra times as well. The tv also did not work, only displaying the Discovery channel, despite there being two remotes in the room. The hotel works sort of but clearly, they can not handle a sold out venue and do not have enough materials for sold out rooms.

Thank you for your review and I am very sorry how our front desk staff treated you. Please note when booking a third party they normally dont give us all the information like how many people are in the room, so then the reservation comes in and front desk has to see what we had avialable and puts you into that room type. I would suggest to call the hotel after you booked just to make sure there is another beds available in the room and that the third party like hotels.com gave us the correct number of people who will be in the room. Thank you again for staying with us and we sure hope you will give us another shot.

I liked the night staff they were friendly. The early staff was not as nice. I got in early stopped in to see if we could check in early. The man at the front desk said the earliest i could check in was 11 am for a 50 dollar fee. I came back at 11 and was prepared to pay the extra fee when another person at the desk said it was absolutely bot allowed and she wasnt very friendly with it either.
