Spectaculair uitzicht! Dit onlangs een upgrade appartement heeft 3 dekken elk met een adembenemend uitzicht op het meer en China Peak Ski Resort! Een mooi ingericht en zeer prive 1.750 vierkante voet einde unit beschikt over 3 slaapkamers, zolder en 3 badkamers. Het is geschikt voor maximaal 8 guests-- zes slaapkamers, twee in de loft. Drie mijl van China Peak Ski Resort Dit condo-functies draadloos internet, 47 inch flat screen TV, houtkachel, jacuzzi in de slaapkamer, en mooie kunstwerken. Geniet van de zomer BBQ's op het dek, kijkend naar de Regatta, en wilde dieren. Wandelen, vissen, varen, zeilen, mountainbiken en nog veel meer activiteiten om herinneringen van je leven te maken.

This townhome was a great choice for our family for a four-day ski trip to China Peak. We only had five people, but the space would easily accommodate eight. The location is excellent: it’s just a five-minute drive to China Peak, and there are trails for sledding, cross country skiing and snowshoeing right out the front door. The space is comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. If you visit in the winter, bring a shovel: the front entrance is up a long flight of stairs that are not cleared by the HOA. Also, bring wood for the wood stove if you want to have a fire. Note that the owners are fairly hands off: they did not monitor the app during our stay but did provide a phone number (we didn’t feel the need to use it).

Always our favorite place for our family ski trip

This place accommodates a lot of children, and is so much fun for them to come sledding after a day of skiing in the area right across the way from the place. We come every year and will keep coming every year as long as it’s available!

Wonderful Condo

This condo has the best views from 3 separate decks! Decorated beautifully and the bedrooms are very spacious. Took us a minute to figure out that the thermostat has a panel that flips down so we could lock the temperature, but that is user error. Be aware as the pictures show there a lot of steps outside. Owner was responsive to contact and very helpful.

Wonderful Ski Weekend!

Had a great stay! Owners were super responsive. We had a great deal of snow while we were there which was beautiful. A couple things that people should be aware of is the entryway is a long flight of stairs so if you have mobility issues, please let the owners know. Also, take your own firewood to enjoy the fireplace and to have in case the power goes out for a heat source.

WONDERFUL PLACE!

This is a great place to stay. All the rooms are large, and everything is fully equipped. I enjoyed how spacious it was and how much light there was, which is a nice break from a normal mountain cabin that tends to be dark. All the modern amenities were perfect for enjoying a meal at home, and there were a ton of game options to play while enjoying the beautiful deck.....there is a deck on every floor, which is nice to work and enjoy morning coffee. Thank you for such a great experience. I will definitely be back.

High Sierra Regatta

We booked this beauty condo for our family’s home base during the regatta. It was very comfortable, and decorated with mountain charm. We had a couple plumbing issues, but the owner was notified. The view of the lake and China Peak is just amazing. I would definitely book this condo again.

2nd time staying at this unit. Perfect set up for our 2 families. The hosts are very prompt to respond to questions. Unit is clean and comfortable. We had epic Uno games and enjoyed the game closet. Beautiful views of the lake from the decks. 5+ stay for us.

Above and Beyond Expectations

Dan is by far, the nicest and most accommodating property owner! My family and I were all packed to go on our snow trip, when a crazy blizzard hit Huntington. Dan was more concerned with our safety and comfort, that he offered us an extended vacation anytime we wanted in lieu of missing this trip. How nice is that!? We agreed to push back the trip to the summer. A couple of months later, our family decided to move out of state. I asked Dan if it would be possible to cancel the trip, and he was beyond accommodating. So although we did not stay at the property, if a owner treats a renter this well, you know they take pride in their property. That speaks volumes!

Love the home it has great amenities. Only thing I would change is beds. They are low on the comfort scale and only queen size. Both large bedrooms could handle Kings and new mattresses or even a bed topper would be a great upgrade.

Christmas Getaway

Very clean, fully furnished with all amenities needed for a family getaway. Planned a snowy white Christmas … inquired with Owner if location would be decorated for Christmas to make the getaway a little bit more special, and he advised otherwise. We were in for a surprise when we arrived as he had placed decorated a bit with a cute small tree and fully stocked the fireplace with wood. Minutes from China Peak and amazing views from each patio….definitely a must stay again palce . Thank you again!
