'This location was a good staging point for Yellowstone park visits through the park's west entrance. We visited Yellowstone every other day and then did local activities in Island Park on the off days. We had seven people in our group and the cabin was very comfortable for that size group. Overall the cabin worked out great.'

'I stayed here with a large group of my friends for 4th of July. It was the perfect spot for us, there was always something to do while we were at the house and then it was a quick drive into island park or West Yellowstone. The views were gorgeous and the house was really comfortable.'

'The house was beautiful! There were deer in the yard every morning and the mountain view from the back yard was amazing. Very peaceful and quiet. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.'

'We had a great stay! Found location very easily on google maps. Easy check-in process! The listing is so accurate and the cabin was beautiful. Every thing was provided just like it was listed and the location was so secluded and tranquil. Plenty of space for a large family get together! Adding this just so some aren’t surprised. During our stay we had some construction on the road leading to the VRBO it added about 20 minutes to our drive into Yellowstone everyday which we ended up planning...

'We stayed in the newly built lower level of Trumpeter Swan and were blown away. Everything felt brand new, with high-end finishes and thoughtful design throughout. Though the upper level was rented, we never heard or saw the other guests—total privacy. The views from this hillside home are breathtaking, offering some of the best scenery in Island Park. Don't let the lack of reviews deter you; this is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. Be among the first to experience it—you won't regret it!'

'This property was perfect for our family vacation. Lot's of room for the great grands to play. The adults enjoyed the pingpong and foosball tables. We enjoyed watching the marmets play and sunbathe on the rock pile. The 5 year old even named 3 of the 5. Buffy was the big one, lammie, and fluffy, the smaller ones. We also had a visit from a big deer. This place was very comfortable and everyone enjoyed our time.'

'Overall this was a great property! However, a few things to note....My family felt like there were a lot of rules (5 people limit in hot tub, no snowmobiling around the property, thermostat settings) and not a huge fan that one of the outside cameras faces directly into the hot tub area. Some family members stated their beds weren't very comfy but mine was fine. The TV in the downstairs bedroom isn't practical at all since it is in the corner above the headboard lol. 'It was a very nice getaway. The house is definitely located in the perfect place to get away from everything. We saw almost as much wildlife near the house as we did venturing through Yellowstone. The house was well maintained and got good use of the firepit each night. Having the washer and dryer was extremely helpful and we were able to pack light.'

'The property was absolutely beautiful and exactly as advertised. We had a great trip! It's very remote, which worked well for us, mainly because the house has good wifi, which can be somewhat challenging to find in that region.Owners were responsive to messages, and the property was enchanting. I'd go back in a heartbeat. '

'Cabin on the Rocks is a beautiful cabin in a beautiful part of Island Park. There was lots of room for parking. The fire pit was so fun for us to sit around and make s’mores.The Blackstone grill was so nice to have, we used it twice a day. I would definitely stay here again.'

'Beautiful area, gorgeous cabin! The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have ever had in a VRBO. Plenty of parking. Fabulous firepit, comfortable beds. Check in was a breeze! Our only complaint was the construction. The delays were pretty long on a couple of the days we went in and out of the area. Hopefully the project will be done soon!'
