'The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were put in a handicap room and the shower was dysfunctional as the water went all over the floor no matter how you positioned the shower head. Most showers without a door are an L shape to keep the water in. Breakfast was subpar but at least the area was clean and the hotel was in a safe area with restaurants and a grocery store in the area. '

'The room was absolutely disgusting. Unfinished walls, stains on both chairs. No sealant on the walls of the shower, with no fan in the bathroom which assuredly is a breeding ground for mold. Still a towel hanging up the bathroom, which made me think it wasn’t properly cleaned. Toilet wouldn’t stop running either. 'Loved this stylish hotel in Oklahoma City. Surrounding area was also great for shopping restaurants and other amenities. The restaurant bar was beautiful a bit pricey but the drinks were great. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip.'

'Room was on first floor next to the busy road with no proper curtains to close the windows. Lights from ongoing vehicles kept flashing in the faces all through the night. Water was cut off even before it was time for checkout without any warning. Sofa bed was very bad with no proper mattress. Could literally feel the bed frame. Staff were kind and polite and breakfast was decent'

'We had 3 rooms, 414 had no microwave, couldnt take a bath because it was stuck on shower, the bottom of tub was rough from patch work.room 415 pillows smelt like smoke and ac smelt like dirty feet and room 405 the ac was very loud. Breakfast was not ready and fully put out til a little after 6 and we had to leave by 630 to be at an appoint so not all of us had time to eat. And all though the pool was not open yet it was disgusting to look at how dirty it was, it should have been covered. I feel...
