Welcome to Villa Saidora, a private refuge in the middle of nature, where calm, space and sweetness of life meet at the gates of the Agafay desert. Located on a plot of 1310 m 2, the property offers a privileged setting to meet with family or friends.

Fully privatized for your stay and designed on one level, the villa can accommodate up to 6 travelers in its 3 comfortable and air-conditioned bedrooms. Each bedroom has a wardrobe, cotton bed linen and everything you need for a pleasant night's sleep.

The house has 2 bathrooms with shower and hot water, as well as a large fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals independently. The spacious and friendly living room invites you to slow down after a day of excursion, with a large TV, a sound system. A skylight bathes the house in natural light throughout the day and enhances its warm atmosphere.

Outside, the large private pool becomes the heart of the property. Sunbeds, a shaded pergola, outdoor furniture and a barbecue area allow you to take full advantage of sunny days and long Moroccan evenings.

At the back of the villa, a terrace with a dining table overlooks a small vineyard and a garden where mint and, depending on the season, various vegetables grow. When the grapes are ripe, you can even pick them directly from the garden.

Between swimming, alfresco dining and quiet moments in the countryside, Villa Saidora offers you a more intimate and authentic way to discover the Marrakech region, as close as possible to nature.

Free on-site parking is available and the villa is on one level.

Our property manager will welcome you on site to facilitate your arrival and installation. Staff are also on site 24/7 to allow access for travelers.

Additional housekeeping service can be arranged at an additional cost and babysitting recommendations are available. Long-term stays as well as pets are allowed.

For the security of the property, outdoor surveillance cameras are present at the entrance.

Agafay Desert is only 5 km away, offering plenty of opportunities for excursions and nature experiences. The surrounding area is ideal for camel riding or quad biking.

The Lalla Takerkoust lake is also nearby and is a great getaway to enjoy the Atlas Mountains and the many activities offered in the area.

To get back to the hustle and bustle of the city, Marrakech can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. You can easily alternate quiet days at the villa, excursions in the desert and exploring the medina and the unique atmosphere of Marrakech.
