Built 1847 in timber, Lillegård is located alone between Lyåsa nature reserve and Lake Lyen. Carefully renovated the house serves as a base for adventures, especially to the lake side, for fishing from the boat, getting your feet onto the sand seabed and swimming to our float, diving or relaxing by the camp fire just by the lake. After a proper sauna session, the water is warm enough all season, regardless of weather. The property consists of a land strip 500m wide, meadows and a park like forest all way down to the lake, giving you room to enjoy solitude and family life away from noise and traffic. The garden has a large well mowed lawn, suitible for soccer and badminton, with swings and a large trampolin. Right outside the apartment door is a garden furniture set and a grill. The weight lifter / CrossFit enthusiast can unlock the private gym (not included in price, ask and you will get access). The house is winter friendly with heating (included just like electricity) Fishing: the lake is up to 17 meters deep, 4.5 km long and about 1 km wide. You can reach other lakes (Hultasjön, Rymmen) by boat. A rowboat is included in the price, a second is available by request (free of charge) and you can attach your own engine(s) if you want longer range. Most common species: Zander, Barch, Hecht (in that order). There is a put and take lake for fly fishing about 10km from the house.
