'We had a wonderful stay with our family of four! The house was exactly as pictured and very clean. We enjoyed the fire pit and yard games! The location is perfect - we walked down to the lake multiple times. We also loved the proximity to Dogwood Canyon Nature Park. We will definitely be back again in the future!'

'I was very happy with the property. The space was generous with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Thank you for separating the bunk beds to 2 separate beds as this worked much better for our group. We have stayed at this location before in Little Indian resort and was very happy with the amenities. Especially the ability to park our trailer and have access to the Baxter marina within walking distance since we bring our boat. 'It was explained as a two bedroom, and actually it was, but the second bedroom is up in the loft. You have to come downstairs for the restroom. Very nice, clean, everything you basically need. I had trouble with the TV remote and he was very patient and worked with me until we got it figured out. Would definitely stay here again. '
