On the second floor, accessible via internal stairs, there are two other bedrooms: one air-conditioned double bedroom with private bathroom and shower and another sea view room with two single beds and a non-air-conditioned.

The accommodation is equipped with every comfort: TV, refrigerator, wi-fi, iron, linen and towels for each guest.

The house has a shared panoramic terrace overlooking the stunning Guitgia beach. The terrace, equipped with a sitting area, tables and chairs, gazebo, is accessible via an external access and is shared with the next door unit. Excellent combination for al fresco dining with a sea view or simply sipping a good glass of wine in total relax with an incomparable view of the bay.

The name of the property: Almanzar, literally translated from Arabic the view, is inspired by the enchanting panorama from the terrace. The contrasting colors combined between the turquoise waters of the sea, the white sand and the intense blue of the sky makes this place unique.
