This wonderful property is just ten miles from the sandy beach at New Quay on the Cardigan Coast, which offers an array of restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops. There are also opportunities for water sports including sailing, power boating, windsurfing, paddle boarding and kayaking. Boat trips from New Quay run seasonally, offering dolphin watching cruises and fishing trips. Other attractions and activities include horse riding, walking along the Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire Coast Paths and the Dolaucothi Gold Mines. Visit the old market town of Lampeter for your day to day needs with shops and supermarkets. A short drive brings you to the picturesque town of Aberaeron. A little further afield is the popular town of Aberystwyth. (Please check admittance for the various attractions).


On entering this magnificent property, you will find a piano in the hallway. To the left of you is attractive lounge which features a 65" UHD TV with THX certified surround sound and home theatre control panel/BluRay, Wii games console with a large selection of games and an electric pebble effect fire. Moving into the spacious and elegant kitchen/dining room, you will find it fully equipped with a double oven and induction hob, oversized capacity fridge, two dishwashers, microwave, coffee machine and a banquet table with seating. A chest freezer, commercial ice making machine, the washing machine and tumble dryer are housed in the utility room. You will also find a lovely conservatory with a pool table which leads to a games room with casino table, Pinball and a retro arcade table. Exploring this extensive property further, you will find six ground-floor bedrooms.


There is a super-king-size bedroom with built-in TV with views over the garden, with separate walk in wardrobe, large bathroom with corner bath including a separate shower cubicle. With another super-king-size zip-and-link bed which can be transformed into twin beds with interconnecting double bedroom with external door for easy access with en-suite shower room. There a super-king bedroom with storage and en-suite shower room and a king-size bedroom, all with TV's. Along with a bunk bedroom which sleeps two, suitable for both adults and children. The ground-floor bathroom is complete with shower over the spa bath and twin sinks and WC.


To the upper floor there are two separate staircases both leading up to two other bedrooms. The eaves of the house (1) where there is some restricted head room, you will find two bedrooms, one king-sized bedroom with a pine bed and one single bed, with en-suite (toilet and sink only), the other bedroom is a double with no en-suite facilities.


The eaves of the house (2) also with restricted head room comprises of a double-size bed with en-suite (toilet and sink only) the other is a double bed and one single with no en-suite facilities.


Heading outside, you can relax in the private garden at the rear of the property with large patio, BBQ and plenty of seating. There is also a private hot tub room complete with a sauna and showering facility. Outdoor games facilities available include a trampoline.


Within the four and a half acre grounds, across from the villa, there are two stylish glamping pods named 'Machlud Ar Y Dwr' and 'Porthdy Gwas Y Neidr' nestled in the countryside with lake views, also available to book. As seen on the Channel 4 World's Most Secret Hotels documentary.
