This type of farming allows for the production of quality Chianti wine and extra virgin olive oil that, besides being healthy and genuine, recall authentic flavours and are a guarantee of care for the environment and the wellbeing of consumers.Our products from Organic Farming on sale with us are: - CHIANTI D.O.C.G. wine obtained from selected Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Syrah and Malvasia vines, is recommended to accompany Tuscan-style hors d'oeuvres and main courses of roasts, game and grilled meat. - The VALDINIEVOLE WHITE wine, obtained from Trebbiano and White Malvasia grapes, served at a temperature of 8°, is recommended with hors d'oeuvres, crustaceans and fish dishes. - EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL FROM TUSCANY obtained from Leccino, Moraiolo and Frantoio olives using only cold mechanical procedures.
