'Not only is this a delightful heritage home, but the hosts, Rob and Liisa are wonderfully welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic.
Lanark is a bit of a backwater, but Perth is nearby with an abundance of places to eat and shop.
We highly recommend Clyde Hall!'

'The whole property was 'TIRED'. First think noticed, was no automatic/accessible button to open doors. Difficult to manage luggage and hold door open. Sign in was good. Room was big. Bathtub had hair in it. Tile grout was dark and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. No comfortable chair. Only one at desk. Huge vacant space available for chair or table. Black out drapery was torn. TV reception was not clear at all. We had a supposedly 'Executive Room'. It sure did not seem so!!...

'Quick stay in Carleton Place, beautiful town and a very nice place to stay! Room and bathroom were clean, hotel was quiet, staff were friendly. Easy to park, and close to everything in town. Will definitely try and stay here again!'

'We liked it very much! Warm welcoming and the location is beautiful. Very helpful staff in special marek who was really helpful and gave a very good recommendations about the area and food. We would definitely recommend this hotel. Room was renovated and had a balcony with a nice and quiet view on the mountains. Nice morning walk and nice breakfast as well.
