Waterhouse lovely clean & comfortable . Poor phone signal & no WI-FI a disadvantage . Despite prepaying by credit card got bill at checkout . Explained to receptionist who checked and confirmed prepayment . Was horrified to see next evening I was charged again for our stay . Immediately contacted hotel who suggested I ring next morning . Next morning I commenced the lengthy process of trying to get my money back ! Despite 5 phone calls I never got a call back as promised each time . Excuses were ‘busy’ ‘not available ‘ etc etc Eventually after 2 days my credit card was reimbursed .I was very disappointed with the process regarding billing mistakes . No call from hotel management to apologize . Despite its star rating an establishment is rated according to their processes when things go wrong . Clearly I was disappointed with my experience . Don’t promise a call back when you have no intention of doing so !
