Seriously, some of the most attentive and friendly staff I have experienced in a hotel stay in a long time. I literally mean everyone my wife and I interacted with. Take a bow Holiday Inn in downtown Lancaster…you deserve it. 🙂'

'As a single woman traveling alone , the back of the property is a bit remote since in front of a soccer field but the parking lot is well lit . I just felt safer in a room facing the front . I had to change rooms for two reasons . My phone didn't work and the towels were stained . But other than that , this was a GOOD STAY! I was surprised at how clean the rooms are . The walls are freshly painted and have hardwood or tile floor .(Can't tell) .....but the floor was very clean . It was spotless....
