'The cottage is in a fabulous cobbler street location, 2 minute walk to the harbour. The cottage is well equipped if you wanted to cook, we ate out because there are lots of lovely places to eat. The cottage was lovely and clean, great powerful shower. The host Victoria had left us milk, biscuits, tea, coffee, washing up liquid and tea towels. 'Good location, fabulous views from the upstairs area, not particularly clean (cleanliness is very important to us)Mattresses not very comfortable, shower head was a problem to stay in the holder in the en-suite.There was a hole in the wall in the hallway behind the door.Had to have windows open as so hot & the smellFrom the curry house next door is still up my nose. We had a great short stay but in my opinion 949 was not great value for money for 3 nights!!'

'A lovely lodge in a great location. The wine, biscuits and milk welcome pack is a very nice touch. It is very comfortable and well equipped, although the shower door was difficult to use. It is in a very quiet and peaceful setting but within an easy drive of either Penzance or St Ives for those shopping essentials or going to the beach.'

'What a wonderful gem! The accommodation is as lovely as the pictures show. Very clean and spacious and has everything you need including some outdoor space. We were pleasantly surprised by this place and it’s one of our favourite properties to date. The location is absolutely superb. Lovely trail walk to the coastal trail but secluded enough that it’s quiet and private. There’s a trail across the fields to get to a great little pub with excellent food. 'Pedney Shepherd's Hut is located about 50 yards off the A30, around 6 minutes drive from the centre of Newlyn. It is set back from the road up a few steep steps which led into s semi-tropical small garden. Occasionally some traffic noise can be heard, but it didn't disturb me and I'm quite sensitive to traffic noise. The fixture and fittings at Pedney are first class. Is everything brand new? 'We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful holiday house. The property was clean, comfortable and very well equipped, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The house was exactly as described, and the location was perfect for exploring the area.The hosts were friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even better.
