The apartment has good connections to Halle, Leipzig, Dessau, Berlin (A9 and A14) and the surrounding regions. Good for stopovers! It generously accommodates commuters (business travelers) or other large travel groups.
Up to 65 people can be rented in their own large residential building (on request), over several floors / apartments! Beds of 1.40 m width (7 or 8 pieces). Please note when dividing up!
Booking only possible for 4 or more people!

The space
The apartment is almost fully furnished with new furniture, etc., and has been recently newly renovated. Each room has satellite reception and Internet access. One room has a private bathroom with a shower etc. The other rooms have a balcony. Sufficient car and truck parking spaces available on the private property (free of charge).

Complete apartment with balcony and garden (outdoor area).

Other things to note
Guests can use our "Leisure Center Spickendorf" with restaurant, bowling, tennis (indoor & outdoor), badminton, squash, soccer fields, sauna area with pool, etc., mini golf, gym and game paradise (pirate island) etc. for special conditions.
This facility is about 10 minutes from the holiday apartment.
