'Ik heb via hotels.com geboekt maar per ongeluk de verkeerde datum ingevoerd. Dit kon de hotel manager niet aanpassen. Ik kreeg te horen dat hotels.com het bedrag zou terugstorten.Uiteindelijk heb ik maar contant betaald. Nu nog maar zien of ik inderdaad mn geld terug krijg.'
