You can enjoy a very large enclosed garden with trees that has its own access to the Aber, it is an ideal starting point for a kayak or paddle outing! You can also enjoy the large terrace with its magnificent view of the Aber for meals with family or friends. And the highlight of these exteriors is the hot tub heated to 29 degrees all year round.

Inside, you can enjoy a large living room which also has a beautiful view of the aber and the port of Lanildut. The separate kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for cooking good meals. You will also find on the ground floor you will find a beautiful master suite with its 160x200 queen size bed and its bathroom as well as a spacious and nicely decorated second master suite with its 180x200 king size bed and its bathroom with bath.
Upstairs, you will find a beautiful mezzanine, ideal for children, as well as 3 beautiful bedrooms. These rooms are all equipped with 2 double beds, one bedroom has a 140x190 bed and the other 2 have 160x200 beds. A shower room and a WC are also located on this floor.
