Recent house on two floors with sea view and enclosed garden on 500 M2 and surrounded by an animal park: Ouessant sheep, goats
etc.
The living room: fully equipped kitchen + dining room and living room upstairs. with large south-west terrace (with dining area).
The 2 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed and the 2nd with two single beds that can be grouped together to make a double bed, opening onto a covered terrace (dining area).
Italian bathroom with two sinks and separate toilet.

Optional household linen €15 per double bed and €10 single bed
Optional towels 10€ (bath towel, towel and washcloth)
Pet allowed 20€/pet, plus see with owner.
The end-of-stay cleaning must be done by you or otherwise a fairy of the house can do it for you for 40€.
To be paid on the day of your arrival to the owners.

A 3-minute walk from a small beach near the GR34 coastal path.
On the banks of the Aber Ildut 500 m from the town centre with shops: mini-market, bar, restaurants,..;
At the port of Lanildut you will find a diving center, kayaking trip, seaweed museum,..
Pier for the islands of Ouessant and Molène.
