'In this day and age when corporations/management companies buy up residences and manage them from afar, it's a breath of fresh air to have hosts who are right on site, offering real human interaction, that for me, helps make the stay a much more comfortable experience. Jenn and Dan were very attentive to my needs and also had suggestions for a place to walk to refresh my travel weary body. I enjoyed the tidy, well arranged apt.'

'Property manager always reached back out when I had a question so I really appreciated that. Place was about 20 ish minutes (30 ish with traffic) to the main tourist area which wasn’t too bad. Only thing I would change is adding a bit more equipment to the kitchen for guests to use such as napkins, a bit more toilet paper for the bathrooms, cleaner blankets, maybe a bit drawings offered to use for the kitchen like most rental places have but besides that, not a bad place at all and the...

'Excellent location within walking distance of light rail (fast to Chicago city center), parks, shopping, and the industry museum. The kitchen was very functional and bathroom was is good order. Beds were made with plenty of pillows. Only negative was some of walls were scuffed up and the washing machine's in another area of the building. If you're taking a car, the street parking can be challenging. Otherwise, very good.'

'The space itself is well thought out and felt comfortable. The room was clean and organized. Like all older buildings in Chicago, the air conditioner had mold on it and the hallways were gross - smelled strongly of marijuana. However, I felt safe and the area is beautiful. This place is a great option if you are doing something at the U of Chicago. If you want practical, this is great. If you want shiny, look elsewhere. The host was excellent.'

'Everything was nice per the price. The property is located in very accessible place to all commodities at a few minutes walk.
The lift seemed very old and thus made me feel anxious that I may get stuck into it. For this reason, I would use stairs to 3rd floor everytime.'
