Welcome to this charming colourful house, ideal for welcoming up to four people during your next holiday in Lanton.

You will appreciate its comfort as well as its outdoor spaces, with a pleasant terrace and a small verdant garden.

Located near the beaches and Port de Cassy, it offers a perfect setting for alternating between swimming and sea trips.

Nature lovers will be delighted by the long walks allowing you to discover the region whilst enjoying the sunshine.



Upon arrival at the house, you will discover the living area with the lounge corner, sofa and television. Just behind it is the open-plan kitchen. Fully equipped, you will find a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and a Senseo. A utility room is also present, with a dishwasher and a washing machine. You will also have access to the garden from the living area.



On the rooms side, you will find a first bedroom with a double bed (140x180), and a second with two single beds (90x190) that can be joined together to form a large bed. A bathroom is also available.



To park, two outdoor parking spaces are available in the driveway of the house, secured by the electric gate. It is also possible to park on the street in front of the house.
