Hotel/appartementen met zwembad
Blueseahotel los Fiscus heeft duidelijk een opknapbeurt nodig. De kamers zijn verouderd, maar wel schoon. Dit geldt niet voor de ligbedden en de tafeltjes rondom het zwembad. Ronduit vies. Het merendeel van de ligbedden is stuk en doorgezakt. Bijkomende ergenis zijn de zeer luidruchtige Engelse gasten, muziek keihard en schreeuwen Ipv praten. De zon heeft veel goedgemaakt net als vriendelijke personeel. Kortom geen aanrader.

Geen leuk hotel
Bij aankomst werd er gezegd dat je pas om 15:00 uur kon inchecken, maar op de website staat 13:00. Bij ons werd gezegd de kamer is nog niet klaar. wij kunnen upgraden van half pension naar all inclusief en je krijgt kamer 158. een achteraf hotel appartement waar je niet wil zitten naast de technische ruimte. Dus wij hebben de kamer bekeken en gezegd , laat de upgrade maar, wij wachten wel op een andere kamer. In het appartement stonden 2 eenpersoonsbedden, waarvan 1 zo verschrikkelijk smerige, die was wel diezelfde dag nog vervangen , maar toch als schoonmaker moet je dat toch ook zien. de kamer heeft geen beveiligingssloten, de sleutel zit aan een dikke kabel voor de elektriciteit schakelaar. Dits is niet veilig als je kamer op slot doet, want de sleutel hangt aan de muur. in geval van een incident moet de sleutel zoeken en je kan je kamer niet gelijk uit. het slot was een huis en tuin slot. de schoonmaak was maar om de 2 dagen en met de franse slag. 1 x per week schone lakens. op de website staat dat er airconditioning aanwezig was, maar helaas niet in de appartementen. ventilator kun je huren een waterkoker kun je huren de tv kanalen moet je betalen per dag. drinken bij het avond eten uit de automaat moet je per dag per persoon 2 euro afreken voor je verblijf van je vakantie, dus 14 dagen is gelijk 2 personen x 2 x 14 = 56 euro en geen refund als je een keer buiten de deur gaat eten. dit ga je wel doen, omdat het menu om de 2 dagen terugkeert geen variatie. en veel m

geweldige week
Aankomst in hotel om 9.15 uur en direct was het mogelijk gebruik te maken van het ontbijtbuffet (dit hadden wij voor deze dag niet geboekt). Elke twee dagen werd de kamer netjes schoongemaakt en voorzien van nieuwe lakens en handdoeken. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Kortom een goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Hotel ligt bovendien op loopafstand van het oude centrum met veel leuke en gezellige restaurants en bars.

Super hotel, met heel vriendelijk personeel!
Zeer leuk hotel! Heeel vriendelijk personeel! We hadden mooie kamer met zeer mooi uitzicht op zwembad, atlantische oceaan, bergen,...! Zwembad was tip top in orde! Wel veel trappen dus niet geschikt voor mensen moeilijk te been! Anders is dit hotel super, ik ga zeker nog eens terug!

Room was basic but very clean. Food was fine good selection and drinks were as expected for all inclusive hotel. If you get a good deal then it’s value for money. Bit of a walk into the old town but enjoyed walking.

Calidad y variedad de la comida deplorables
Nuestra experiencia en este hotel nos ha decepcionado enormemente. Ya que llegamos allí muy ilusionados por ser el único viaje en pareja este verano y por las expectativas tan altas que teníamos puestas. Teníamos contratado medía pensión. Vista nuestra experiencia y la de otros muchos españoles con los que hablamos, fue pésima. La variedad y calidad de los platos, ha sido deplorable. Como ejemplo, había un total de unas 6 opciones de comida, de las cuales la mayoría eran fritos y pasta. Como mucho se cambiaban 2 de esos 6 platos al día. Como ejemplo de la calidad deplorable era la ‘tortilla de patata’. Que tenía peor pinta que una suela de zapato mugriento. Este ‘plato’ por llamarlo de alguna forma no lo querían ni siquiera los turistas extranjeros (que representaban una mayoría del 80% de los clientes). Nadie lo elegía, pero para nuestra sorpresa todos los días lo ponían echándole salsas raras por encima. A pesar de ello, nadie lo elegía. Respecto al alojamiento, estaba muy anticuado, tenía escasos enchufes… Tuvimos que alquilar un ventilador en la recepción porque la habitación no tenía ni aire acondicionado ni ventilador. Ya como colmo, con la limpieza de las habitaciones tratan de explicarte en el momento del check in, que será cada dos días para así poder justificar en las características del hotel que cuentan con el servicio de limpieza en el mismo. En definitiva, no recomendaremos el hotel a nadie de nuestro entorno.

La struttura è vecchietta con materassi consumati e imbarcati. Le pulizie vengono fatte ogni 2 giorni e tranne all'arrivo non viene lasciato sapone che abbiamo chiesto in reception. Il cibo è mediocre e non mancano le cose fritte.

Nota general aceptable. Lo peor de la estancia son las comidas y sus horarios de cena. DESAYUNO: Escasas opciones y todos los días lo mismo. Nada de bollería.Solo pensado para turismo inglés (huevos, bacon, salchichas, etc). COMIDA: Poca variedad, repetitivo. Exceso de patata en todas ocasiones ( tortilla, fritas, croquetas, medallones y más) CENA: Misma dinámica poco donde elegir y horario solo de 19 a 21. Quién cena en España antes de la 21h? Cierre de la piscina a la 18:00 ?? Enhorabuena a BOBY del bar de la piscina persona excelente y profesional. La recepción fue desastrosa, falta de documentación de nuestra reserva, teniendo yo que aportarla y enviársela por mail, lo que retrasó bastante la entrada.

Cheap and cheerful. Value for money
Hotel is a little dated but its fine for what we paid. We weren't expecting 5 star luxury. Staff are pleasant. The food is good. I was always able to find something to eat that I liked. Breakfast is really good. Drinks are free with all inclusive. Quite a lot of steps but its on a hill so was expected. I have went back to bluesea los fiscos a few times. The sun is shining so the rooms are really just for washing and sleeping. And they are cleaned every other day.

Nothing to many problems with hotel, food cold and same every day , place dirty and run down, tiles around pool broke and missing tiles in pool , had to hire things that should of been in apartment ie kettles, tv, told by chef to microwaved food , room never cleaned no clean sheets, never told building site righr next door.

The staff were rude and unhelpful. The room was disgustingly dirty and the towels had mud all over them! No in room amenities like tea and coffee and the shower was cold and then burning hot.

Nice little hotel
The room was nice but the beds could have done with new matresses and they are getting a bit tired small kitchen in room which was nice and bathroom had bath shower and the water was always hot. The TV in the room is a pay TV so if you want to watch any channel apart from BBC news you had to pay which was strange as I booked All Inclusive so one would presume that would include the TV. The Location was quite ten minute walk to the harbour 15 mins to the beach but there are some steep hills to climb back to the hotel this with the amount of stairs moving around the hotel would make it difficult so maybe not suitable if your not that steady on your feet. The food offered apart from being limited variety was probably the best I've had in an All Inclusive hotel always hot and always fresh.. Probably not that good if you don't eat pork as this was the only meat dish offered. The AI bar was ok but not enough seating and the use of disposable cups didn't do it an favors. The Entertainment was limited to Bingo a quick parrot show and owl show followed by your chance to have your photo taken with the birds (for a fee) The Wifi was free and the staff were very friendly

Stayed with my sister for 2 nights. We couldnt stay any longer due to the robberies in the previous few days to our stay. Guests were saying men in balaclavas were getting in appartments while people slept We were told to barricade our door. We were not prepared to have this worry every night. Its supposed to be a relaxing holiday. The security they have is 1 man who came past our appartment twice in 7 hours and i know this because i was awake all night We stayed 2 nights out of 7 and hotel refuse to refund any money. The hotel its self is a little depressing as it needs an awful lot of renovation. Food ok but certainly wouldnt have eaten there evey day. The dining room depressing needs brightening up Checked out and into an appartment near the beach. We thought we were on a different island so much brighter and prettier. I would certainty not recommend this hotel .

Hyvä palvelu,ystävällinen henkilökunta. Edullinen puolihoito. Rakennus hieman vanhanaikainen. Ruokalista myös hieman yksinkertainen. Naapurihuoneiden äänet kuuluvat varsin selvästi varsinkin alakerrassa. Halpa ja toimiva ratkaisu jos vaatimus taso ei ole korkea.

Wir haben es genossen, leider war der Pool nicht beheizt und es standen zu wenig Afalleimer um die Anlage. Da div. Besucher nicht wissen, was sich gehört, sah es öffters nicht allzu anmächelig aus. Diverse beschmutzte und defekte Bestuhlung im Aufenthaltsraum beim Pool und defekte Liegestühle um den Pool. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

l'esterno caratteristico all'interno delusione.
abbiamo prenotato camera con uso cucina all'arrivo ci dicono che non c'era ,propongono una doppia senza cucina sotto la piscina con forte odore di cloro, rifiutiamo ,gentilmente ci danno una camera con cucina, deduciamo che ci hanno provato. la cucina era non fornita del necessario per cucinare, i mobili ormai consumati e non funzionali. la location buona . ma non lo consigliamo.

We were celebrate our engagement on the 2nd. night ,and after we went sleep in our room ,we got robbed. They took our phones ,money , gold watch. We asked for help on reception they weren't really helpful and the police too. After we got robbed we heard from our neighbours it was a same situation just few days before as we arrived. Make sure lock doors and windows. Beds were horrible and cleaning service too. Only good thing the food.

Pool looks clean. Pool and restaurant staff were lovely. Reception a little feisty. Rooms are clean but don’t expect the curtains to match also do expect those curtains to be white at the top thick with dust. I provided all I required for a short trip to top up my vitamin D. Thanks.

We booked a last minute trip to Lanzarote and landed up there. Rooms while clean were very dated and needed to be updated. Dining room on first impression looked dodgy, but in fact the breakfast and lunch were very good value. Pool area was excellent and we enjoyed many happy hours in the sunshine .

Nice Pool,but a bit Cold.
Stayed Christmas week.Very good value for money. Food was typical Spanish buffet with some variety and a bottomless glass for alcohol. Entertainment could have been better.15 minute walk to Puerto del Carmen old town where you’d find a variety of pubs and restaurants and a small beach. Steep hill on the way back so Taxi for €4.00 was a good idea. All in all I’d say it was okay.

Great hotel, even better staff
Had a well situated room so maybe I was lucky. Heard some say food was a bit the same. But there was choice and lots of it. Rooms not the most soundproof but could be worse! All inclusive gets you food, coffees, juice etc in the restaurant, pool bar opens 10:30am and closes at 11pm for your drinks etc. And for the price of all inclusive you'd be mad not to. Hotels slightly away from all the hustle of the main strip so feel free to wander with no one trying to drag you into the bars. A taxi to new town even at night won't even set you back more than 5 euros. Would I go again... certainly. And if you see a small white cat around the complex she's the friendliest thing in the world and kept me company all week!!

Nice Hotel with great pool
I had a great time. The buffet could be better but was ok. We had issues to check in but it got solved in the head. The apartment was nice. I would have liked a double bed or perhaps double bed sheets but it was overall. I was a bit disappointed that I had to pay for WiFi as I was expecting this to be free, but it was only free in the lobby. The pool was amazing and the solarium area as well. Overall it was a fantastic holiday.

Il complesso è accogliente e il personale molto disponibile ma purtroppo per noi Italiani il cibo è davvero di bassa qualità del buffet salviamo la colazione ma per gli altri pasti meglio uscire e provare i deliziosi locali del centro...

Jeg havde læst de dårlige anmeldelser som Blue Sea Los Friscos havde, og var lidt nervøs inden ankomst. Men blev meget glædeligt overrasket. Kom til at bo i annekset Europe i lejlighed E-27, og der var absolut intet at klage over. Lejligheden var stor, og pinlig ren. Eneste mangel er en El kedel, det er for dårligt at man ikke kan lave sig en kop kaffe, når man ikke har tilkøbt pension. MEGET dejligt pool område ved annekset, lille men dejligt stille og roligt. Jeg tilkøbte halvpension de sidste 4 dage for kun 32 euro. Morgenmaden var perfekt, alt hvad man kunne ønske sig. Middagen om aftenen blev lidt ensformig, men fin til prisen. Personalet var meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Kunne godt bo her igen.
