In de periode dat u in ons hotel was, hadden we twee mensen van ons receptieteam met ziekteverlof. We proberen ze te vervangen, maar het is voor ons gemakkelijk om in zo'n korte tijd mensen te vinden. Onze excuses voor het ongemak. Estimado huesped,Muchas gracias por su comentario.Parece que no le gustó mucho nuestro hotel; sentimos mucho no haber podido satisfacer sus expectativas.La mayoría de los comentarios que recibimos son positivos, pues nos esforzamos al máximo para que nuestros clientes tengan una estancia inolvidable. Lo conseguimos en la mayoría de los casos, pero no siempre es así, como en su caso.Sobre la piscina, es uno de los puntos que más valoran nuestros clientes, pues la tenemos siempre por encima de 26ºC; no entendemos por lo tanto su disconformidad.Al 99% de nuestras habitaciones se llega con ascensor o pasillos sin escaleras. Solo nos lo tenía que haber comunicado y le habríamos cambiado su habitación. Le deseamos todo lo mejor y que tenga más suerte en su próxima estancia en un hotel.gracias y saludos.
