Luxe hotel, easy to relax in the room, Ayala mall practically around the corner. Breakfast buffet was good, enough choices.

This is our 4th time coming back to stay in Mandarin Plaza Hotel when we are in Cebu City. Fantastic location, just accross the Ayala Malls. The customer service assistance is excellent. All the staff we encountered are very friendly, helpful and accomodating. The rooms are very clean, too! The housekeeping is really doing a great job in maintaining cleanliness amd orderliness in the room amd in the hallway. The room is spacious and we really like the space. My husband and I always enjoy our...

Prima hotel, vriendelijk vrolijk personeel. Goede keuken.

Mooie, schone kamer. Goed personeel.

Friendly staff. Guards also very friendly. Breakfast is good. Rooms very clean. Bed very comfortable. AC working perfect.
