Nos quitaron la reservación y nos dijeron así que le hiciéramos como quisiéramos, el personal muy feo, el lugar muy feo y olía feo, no volvería a reservar ahi nunca. Les dijimos que les íbamos a dar una mala reseña aquí y nos dijeron que hiciéramos los que quisiéramos.. Y son palabras de la gerente del hotel.

Hola Senora Veronica, nunca le comente esas cosas. Le dije que se cancelo su reservacion porque no estaba pagada y no contestaron el telefono cuando le hablamos. Yo nunca le he hablado a un cliente en esa forma. La unica forma que se garantiza una reservacion es con un pago. Expedia es un 3rd party site y no es parte del hotel. No paso a los cuartos entonces no se que olia feo o estaba feo. Yo le ofreci un cuarto a precio regular y no lo quiso. Lo siento que siente que le hicimos algo de mala manera. Gracias!

Desayuno con mucho que desear.
En la reserva solicite habitación de no fumar y me dieron habitación de fumadores. La habitación tenía fuerte olor de cigarro. En la reserva solicite desayuno incluido para todos los huéspedes (4) y solo me respetaron para dos. Además de ser muy limitado.

Hola Senora Nancy, disculpa la molestia por el olor de cigarro. Si se decide quedar con nostros otra vez le puedo ofrecer un descuento. Investigue y el cuarto fue limpiado para quitar el olor de cigarro. Desafortunadamente, los desayunos solamente son 2 por cuarto. Tenemos varios letreros que anuncian eso, la unica razon que esta asi es porque el restaurante no es parte del hotel. Gracias y disculpa la molestia

I called before and after reserving the room to make sure, I get a downstairs, first floor room. When I called I was told that there was first floor room available, but once I got there, NO downstairs room available.

Llegando al hotel hice el pago con mi tarjeta,el joven me dice que no paso,le comenté que si estaba seguro,me contesta que si,realizó el pago con mi otra tarjeta,la cual si se reflejo el pago,llegando aMexico me notifica el banco que se hizo un doble pago el mimo día ,hotel y hora,me informan también que puedo llamar para que me cancelen este cargo de una tarjeta,al llamar me contesta un joven que no me quiso dar su nombre y solo me dice que la gerente es la que hace este movimiento y que anda limpiando la cuartos que llame más tarde,fue lo que hice en la segunda llamada me dice el mimo joven que si me interesa soga llamando porque el no iba a buscar a la persona ,llame 5 veces y hasta el momento no me contestan,además las habitación cuenta con la cama en mal estado especialmente el colchón tenía un undimiento en el centro,el baño las llaves de la regadera no funcionan bien,la chica que atiende el desayuno muy mal carácter,las fotos que se publican de sus habitaciones nada que ver con la realidad,no lo recomiendo ,chequen antes de hodpedarse

Empezando con que nuestra reservación estaba en el segundo piso, la recepcionista tomó la iniciativa de llamar y buscarnos una habitación en el primer piso. Nos entregaron la habitación limpia y a la hora indicada 4:00pm Nos proporcionaron suficiente jabón y shampoo para el pelo (ya no habíamos recibido shampoo en otros hoteles) La tarjeta para entrar a la habitación es solo de contacto con la manija y no de insertar en una ranura, por lo que es fácil de usar. El cuarto de baño es de tina, y de buen tamaño. Aprecio que no haya alfombra en el cuarto pues el piso lo considero más higiénico. La televisión y los canales están muy apropiados, buen tamaño de tv y recepción clara y bastantes canales.

HORRIBLE, el peor hotel en el que nos hemos hospedado, hacía muchos años que habíamos visitado este hotel, mas de 20 años, esta ASQUEROSO, super sucio, el baño salpicado de sabrá Dios que, las sillas, en general todo MUY SUCIO, JAMÁS lo recomendaría, y JAMÁS me vuelvo a hospedar ahi, prefiero dormir en el carro.

Descuidado y sucio.
El hotel está muy descuidado en sus instalaciones en general. Se ve viejo y sucio. La alfombra de la habitación estaba muy sucia, como si nunca la hubieran limpiado. Baño limpio, camas muy cómodas y sábanas limpias. Pero todo lo demás muy descuidado. La alberca también muy sucia, no nos pudimos meter porque el agua se veía verdosa.

Very disappointed with hotel La Hacienda
We were not happy with our stay , the first room was hot the ac wasn't working so we were moved to another room , then we left and when we went back to our room the ac , wifi and cable weren't working at all , we didn't even stay in the room for 2 hours the beds weren't even used cuz we had to leave cuz it was to hot 😤😤😤😤

Nasty, old and dirty
This property is old, nasty and smells horrible. The room was so nasty I was afraid to touch anything, there were burn holes all over the bed top blanket. The carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, had huge spots all over. There were holes in the walls, and the whole room smelled like it had been flooded and never cleaned afterwards. A nasty moldy smell all around. The stairs to go up the second floor were very unsafe, felt like you could fall right through. There were drug addicts wandering around the property, and staff didn't seem to care at all. This property should be closed and demolished!!!! I recommend you stay way from here and book somewhere else.

Roaches wouldnt even stay here. Unorganized. Made reservations. There was nothing reserved. Gave me a scorching HOT, stinking smokers room! Had to sleep in truck because gross and HOT!
