'All amenities were available. Air conditioning was working well and the kitchen and bathroom were stocked with helpful items we needed. The rooms were comfy and cozy. Anna in particular was very helpful and so sweet. She assisted us in getting oriented and directed us when we asked. She was really great.
All in all, we had a great stay!'

The bed was comfortable, however, there was a large amount of black mold in the shower, and only in the shower. That did not make us feel great, but it was a quick shower in the morning. 'Excellent stay. The staff was extremely helpful and made our experience unforgettable. Top tier service and hospitality. The room itself was beautiful with views of the surrounding streets. We enjoyed our balcony at night with a bottle of wine from the grocery store across the street and learning about the culture and nightlife scene through the bustling locals. 'Stayed here after an overnight flight from the US prior to our cruise boarding the next afternoon. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They kindly arranged a private car from the airport (shout out to Luca for his excellent service).
