'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property. If you are looking for a more quiet retreat just outside of town, this is your spot. The home appears to be freshly built, is spacious, clean, and complete with all modern amenities. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms featured large showers with great water pressure. Check in and check out was a breeze. Highly recommend this property. '

'What a Great Place to Stay! Martin is a wonderful host. This Tiny House was perfect, very clean, easy to locate & a nice parking area. We had a few deer pass thru early in the morning. We definitely will be back to stay again.'

'We stayed with four families and children ranging from 4-15. Everyone had a comfortable bed, places to sit and eat, and plenty of room to spread out! Everyone loved the beautiful outdoor areas with space to explore. The amenities were top notch and everyone appreciated the pool, hot tub, arcade games, foosball, shuffle board, and pool table. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped and is well designed for feeding a large group. The owners were excellent to work with and had great communication....

'Beautiful home with a lovely view! Was exceptionally clean and smelled good :) The neighborhood is quiet and has a great trail in walking distance, but there is also a lot to do in town and Denver is only a half hour drive away. Overall a wonderful home! '

'My family and I had a great stay in this house. We all had plenty of room, we could all hang out together but yet had 5 bedrooms and two separate living rooms so we could have some separation as well. The house came with plenty of amenities to use while staying there. It was in a safe quiet subdivision with easy access to coffee shops and a grocery store right across the street. It was close to all the attractions we wanted to see while staying in Colorado Springs. Having access to a full garage...

Bad guest experience, mediocre management

"It’s a beautiful location with one of a kind views. Large and nicely appointed rooms. A/C/heater, fridge and several power outlets did not work. Even after informing the front-desk, these issues were not taken care of. Staff and front-desk manager seem not to care. Because of the great location we nevertheless extended our stay by one night and were told to come back later in the afternoon as we would move to the room above. We were totally fine with this. Upon checking in in the afternoon, front-desk informed us that nok room was available, except for a suite that would be way more expensive. When being overbooked, you expect a hotel to offer the suite at the same rate as the originally booked room. This did not happen, even not after talking to the front-office manager. It’s such a shame for such a beautiful property. If you charge the rates of a 5 star, 5 diamond hotel, then you should also deliver this service standard. With more care, better trained and professional employees and by going above and beyond this can be a great place, but based on our experience we will never come back. "
