Welcome to City Breeze Residences: Urbanity, a modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment located on the first floor, accessible by stairs.
As you step inside, you will be greeted by a spacious open-plan living and kitchen area, uniquely decorated and furnished for your comfort. The living room features a double sofa bed, a stylish dining table with six chairs, a 43” smart TV, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. Patio doors lead to a furnished balcony, offering a pleasant view of the street.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, including an oven, stovetop, large refrigerator, and washing machine, ensuring a comfortable stay.
The first bedroom is a serene retreat, decorated in soft tones and featuring a comfortable queen-size bed, ample wardrobe space, and two cozy armchairs. Patio doors open onto the shared veranda, allowing for plenty of natural light.
The second bedroom, designed in earthy tones, also boasts a comfortable queen-size bed and has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower. This bedroom also has patio doors leading to the small veranda.
The main bathroom is contemporary and stylish, equipped with a shower, providing a pleasant and refreshing experience.
Staying at City Breeze Residences: Urbanity places you close to the vibrant heart of Larnaca. Shops, supermarkets, and restaurants are all within walking distance. Additionally, you are just a 6-minute drive from Phinikoudes Beach, 8 minutes from Mackenzie Area, and 6 minutes from Metropolis Mall.
This prime location ensures that everything you need is within easy reach, offering you the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
