'We're still waiting to get credited for the room. We never stayed in. You put us in the first room with broken air-conditioning, so you moved us to the second room, that had a broken lock on the door, phone that did not work, Tv that did not work. And we were only in that room five minutes. We left went down to the desk, told the young lady we were leaving. She said she would note to give us a refund. We contacted Expedia to get a refund. Haven't heard anything yet. Oh yeah, not to mention your...

'Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is well decorated, and the rooms are comfortable and well taken care of. The common area's (hallways, etc.) could use a bit more attention and better cleaning. We also had the unfortunate situation that a leak occurred in our room during our stay (water dripping from the ceiling into our bed). The staff however moved us into another room directly and offered free breakfast, great way to handle such a situation! Breakfast was very good.'

'The hotel room smelled like the bathroom waa never cleaned. It was also very small. The sink area did not have room for two people. Bathroom was tiny. Room should have been priced accordingly. '
