Welcome to quiet serenity with just the occasional call of the wild peacocks! This spacious comfy retreat is a wonderful place to get out of the winter with the whole family. This farmhouse has plenty of room to stretch out and decompress while being only 20 mins to downtown Las Cruces. Sleeps 7 plus a crib, and has a great split floor plan, comfy living room with a fireplace, large kitchen with all new appliances, a breakfast nook or a formal dining room to reconnect and unplug.

This farm house is 20 mins from Downtown Las Cruces, has 3 bed rooms and 2 baths. Master with a king mattress, 1 queen bed, a full/twin bunk bed and a crib. Crib is in the bunk bed room. Large living room, formal dining, seating for 6 but expands to 8. There really are wild peacocks, they will sometimes be wondering around the property or in the pecan orchard next door. They are not aggressive but we keep our distance just in case we are near a nest we aren’t seeing.

There are no shared spaces at this home but there are a few outbuildings you will not have access to. There is a garage that you will have access to and there is plenty of parking if you are hauling a trailer. Reach out for information about traveling with horses.
