This cozy adobe 1 bedroom apartment is the perfect location for relaxing in Old Mesilla within a few blocks of its historic plaza. The area offers a variety of shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and a Friday & Sunday farmer’s market. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers and offers the comforts you need inside and out. The small quiet complex offers a picnic area with picnic table and charcoal grill as well as an onsite laundromat.
This newly renovated historic adobe apartment that was built in 1800 has approximately 600 square feet of inside space. Saltillo floors and adobe walls throughout. Talevera tile in bathroom with beautiful over-sized walk-in shower. The bedroom offers a comfortable space to retire to in the evenings with nice linens on a queen-sized bed. Living room offers comfortable seating which includes a plush love seat, chair and 2 bar stools. Relax in comfort with central cooling & heating. In the fully remodeled kitchen there are new appliances, plenty of dishes, and pans to cook up anything your heart desires.
This home offers secure WiFi. The living room has a mounted new flat screen smart TV. Using your login information, the smart TV’s can be used to stream television shows and movies from a variety of apps, like Netflix, Youtube, Amazon, and Hulu (among others).
Guest access
Guests will have easy access to the apartment via a coded lock. The code will be provided day of check-in. There is parking right in front of unit.
Other things to note
Wash and dryer not located in unit but laundromat is located in complex which takes quarters. High speed internet is provided but no cable.
