The property is a stand-alone completely private home. Guests are only 10 minutes away from New Mexico State University and 55 minutes from El Paso International Airport. If you are looking for a more adventurous day you can take a trip to the beautiful White Sands National Park. Only 50 minutes away from the park where you can enjoy sledding down the bright white dunes, going for a hike, or enjoying a picnic at sunset.
Other things to note
We will do everything in our power to make sure that the hot tub is ready for your stay, however, we cannot control if a previous guest did not follow our precise instructions. The hot tub heats very slowly and on rare occasions the previous guest will power it off or drop the temperature too low, leaving little time for it to heat back up fully for the next guest.
Please be aware of the following potential fees:
- There is an additional fee PER PET which is $35
- We offer a 1-hour early and late checkout for an additional $20 fee.
- Smoking indoors will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee.
- Lost items can be returned for a fee of $30.
- There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11.
- We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property.
- Date change requests are subject to a $30 fee along with the potential rate increase due to supply and demand for the date requested.
- We require guests to shower before entering the hot tub. We charge a $50 fee if the hot tub is left in poor condition.
