This property is located in the heart of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, close to the bustling Triana Shopping District and a short walk from Parque de San Telmo. The area is well-connected and near landmarks like Plaza de Santa Ana and the historic Catedral de Santa Ana. Nearby, you’ll also find the vibrant Canteras Beach within a few minutes’ drive, making it a central spot for both culture and leisure.

Getting around Las Canteras Beach is quite easy and convenient, thanks to its well-developed infrastructure that facilitates visitor movement. Here are some recommendations:

Walking: The promenade that runs along the beach is perfect for walking. You can walk the entire length of the beach, enjoying the views, the sea breeze and the wide variety of shops and restaurants you'll find along the way.

Bicycle: Bike lanes are available in certain areas of the promenade, making it an excellent option for getting around quickly and in an environmentally friendly way. There are also several bike rental points nearby.

Public transport: Las Palmas de Gran Canaria has a good bus network that allows you to reach the beach from various parts of the city. Public bus lines (Guaguas) are usually frequent and affordable.
