Located in the heart of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Sun&Sea en Las Canteras is a modern and bright 33 m² studio apartment situated on the third floor of a building with an elevator, meaning it is adapted for people with reduced mobility. Completely renovated and decorated with attention to detail, the accommodation has a maximum capacity for 2 guests and a baby. Its excellent location on Calle Dr. Grau Bassas allows you to immerse yourself in the lively urban life just a few meters away from the famous Las Canteras Beach.
1. Main Area (Rest-Living Room-Dining-Kitchen). As it is a studio apartment, you will enjoy an open-concept space designed for your total comfort, with soundproof windows offering views of the lively Calle Dr. Grau Bassas:

2. Independent Bathroom. A private space equipped with a walk-in shower.
Amenities, Safety, and Details


Air conditioning throughout the accommodation and free fiber optic Wi-Fi.
Kitchen equipment: Fridge, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, and full kitchenware. A welcome pack is included (mineral water, coffee capsules, tea, sugar, and chocolates).
Washer-dryer, iron, and ironing board available.
We provide full bed linen, bath towels, beach towels, a hairdryer, toiletries, and a first aid kit.
Mid-stay cleaning with a change of bed linen and towels for stays longer than 7 nights. (It is the guests' responsibility to maintain cleanliness; the mid-stay cleaning we offer is a courtesy clean of up to 1 hour maximum, and under no circumstances is it a deep clean).
Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.


Surroundings and Parking


Situated on Calle Dr. Grau Bassas, in the vibrant Santa Catalina-Las Canteras neighborhood, an urban oasis that combines residential serenity with coastal vitality. You will be just a few steps away from Playa Chica and the majestic Las Canteras Beach (considered one of the best urban beaches in the world). The area has a wide range of restaurants, cafes with terraces, boutiques, supermarkets, and places of interest. It also has excellent public transport connections to the rest of the city.
The closest paid parking is Parking Las Canteras, located just 160 meters from the accommodation, followed by Parking Tomás Miller at 270 meters. If you are looking for more economical options, you have Parking Olof Palme (500 meters away) and Parking Padre Cueto (650 meters away), although they are a bit further away.


Access and Reception


To guarantee maximum flexibility upon your arrival, we have a self-check-in system (access to the accommodation is via a web link the first time). Once inside the apartment, you will find the physical keys to use for the rest of your stay. Detailed entry instructions will be sent on the morning of your arrival day.
