Perfect Stay at Coson Penthouse
The most lovely of accommodations in a beautiful complex. The unit is impeccable, outfitted very well, spacious, and beautiful. Kattya was so helpful the entire trip, and Reina was the best. We had just the most wonderful getaway here.

Lovely condo with beautiful view
We very much enjoyed our stay at Coson Penthouse. The condo is very spacious and well equipped with magnificent views. Kattya and Reina were very responsive and helpful for anything we needed.

Wonderful Penthouse
The whole experience from the beginning to the end was absolutely wonderful! The penthouse was amazing, it felt like a home. The views from the terrace are the best.Luz and Reina was great! Reina’s food was amazing. Kattya is an excellent host and always kept us informed. If we needed anything she would get back to us ASAP! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home!

Magnifique séjour, "property" incroyable!
Nous sommes une famille de 4 (enfants de 6 et 8 ans) qui venons de passer une semaine dans ce penthouse. Nous avons adoré notre expérience. Ce penthouse a une vue incroyable sur les montagnes et l'océan et les couchés de soleil! La plage située à 2 minutes (en voiture ou VTT) était paradisiaque! L'intérieur du penthouse était super (déco, jeux pour les enfants, livres pour TOUS les goûts, cuisine très complète, etc...). Notre garçon de 8 ans a vraiment beaucoup aimé les livres d'enfants un peu partout (exemples: J'aime Lire, "Comment/Pourquoi c'est?", BD, etc... etc... etc...). Cela a été difficile de les laisser sur place en quittant :-) . Tout était tel que décrit (beaucoup de détails) sur vrbo. La property est bien située mais un véhicule est nécessaire (voire très utile) pour aller "en ville". Tout avait été parfaitement planifié, MERCI!!!!! Seul petit bémol, quelques unités sont en construction (finalisation intérieure) actuellement: nous vous recommandons de valider avec le manager avant de louer selon votre période. Le manager était à l'écoute et disponible et Reina était très gentille et nous a bien aidés. Les enfants ont adoré, surtout les grands balcons (jeux aux 2e étage) et la piscine. Très grand pour une famille de 4. Nous aurions été très confortables à 2 familles. Secteur TRÈS tranquille comme on l'espérait (nous étions en basse saison). Espérons pouvoir y retourner!!!! Nous avons adoré! Merci!!!

Merci Alexandre pour votre commentaire. Nous sommes sincèrement heureux que vous ayez apprécié ce lieu. Concernant le "petit bémol", nous n'avions pas été prévenus que des travaux d'aménagement intérieur débutaient dans un appartement voisin et nous sommes désolés si cela a perturbé un peu votre séjour. Afin d'éviter cet inconvénient à l'avenir, nous avons bloqué le calendrier de réservations durant la semaine jusqu'à la fin des travaux. Le penthouse ne sera donc accessible que les week-end, jusqu'à fin octobre. Encore merci de votre visite à Cosón Penthouse, sachez que vous y serez toujours les bienvenus. Bien amicalement à tous les quatre, Jean-Michel et Kattya PS: nous transmettons à Reina et à Carlos vos compliments.

Unforgettable apartment. A magical and peaceful place.
Its location within an exclusive residence gives it a lot of privacy and beautiful views. It has spacious rooms with their private bathrooms, comfortable beds, everything very clean. Also, spacious and diverse social areas. I was with my family and each member found his place and his favorite moment there... Mine was make the coffee every morning while I watched its infinite view from the kitchen window. Amazing! We also visited several beaches, all beautiful, but we were delighted with the nearest, Coson beach, with it small typical restaurant "Valerio". A dream. Thank you Carlos, the manager, for helping us in the preparation of our stay, (car rental and organization of the excursions) made us win a lot of time. And thank you to Reina who was a magnificient housekeeper everyday. This service was included in the rate which we value very much! It was a "very short" stay for everyone. Definitely we would return!
