Two-level duplex accessible via a shared staircase within the residence. Once inside, the apartment leads to the upper floor through an internal staircase.

Unusually for an apartment, the main terrace is equipped with a gas barbecue, a sink, and a mini-fridge, allowing you to keep all your grilling essentials or drinks within easy reach. A beautiful table for 8 people and a very comfortable lounge area complete the space. Large retractable blinds can be lowered across the terrace to protect from the sun.

Also on the first floor: an open-plan kitchen connected to the TV lounge, two beautifully decorated bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200), and two full bathrooms. A second terrace at the back offers a stunning ocean view—perfect for nature lovers.

A spiral staircase takes you to the master bedroom, which features a king-size bed (200x200), a workspace, its private bathroom, and a sea-view terrace. The steps have been designed to be gentle and easy to climb. A washer-dryer unit is discreetly tucked away next to the terrace.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, keeping you connected at all times. All bedrooms are equipped with new Smart TVs.

Nothing is superfluous—everything has been thoughtfully arranged so you feel at home, from the oven and toaster to the refrigerator and microwave. Carefully selected decor creates a calm, relaxing atmosphere.

The apartment is also equipped with a private inverter connected to four next-generation batteries. This ensures that lights, internet, ceiling fans, and most power outlets remain functional during power outages. However, high-consumption appliances such as air conditioners will not operate until general power is restored. These outages are rare and typically short.

For your information,

Included in the rental fee: Wi-Fi internet, cleaning upon check-in and check-out. Washing machine available for your personal laundry and household linen (towels, kitchen cloths, etc.). Gardener and pool maintenance included.

For stays of less than 8 nights, no mid-stay cleaning is included. For stays of 8 nights or more, one cleaning per week is offered during your stay, with a sheet change, but no towel change.

Additional conditions,

- Electricity consumption not included: The meter will be checked upon your arrival and departure. Only the kilowatt consumption will be charged, based on the current local rate (14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD per kW), and payment is collected in cash upon check-out.

- Check-in and check-out inventory: To ensure the villa is well maintained, a team of 2 to 3 people will carry out a quick inspection of the property, including bedding, utensils, and appliances. Any lost or damaged items will be charged in cash at check-out. Our goal is to keep the property in perfect condition for the well-being of all our guests.

It is prohibited to bring speakers and play loud music. After 10:00 p.m., all noise must be reduced to respect everyone’s rest.

Lindo, a French supermarket, offers home delivery once you've completed your shopping.
