Nous sommes heureux qu'en dépit des deux problèmes que vous mentionnez ci-dessus, vous avez apprécié notre propriété assez pour nous donner 4 étoiles. Il est étrange que vous ayez eu des problèmes avec le check-in car tous nos clients précédents n'avaient eu aucun problème. Je m'assurerai d'aborder le sujet avec la compagnie qui administre la station. En ce qui concerne le nouveau grille-pain, bien que j'en ai envoyé un à l'appartement, apparemment je ne t'ai jamais rejoint. Je m'assurerai également que le prochain invité en a un. J'espère que nous pourrons vous accueillir en tant qu'invité et je vous garantis personnellement que les deux sujets seront améliorés de manière significative. Meilleures salutations.

Thank you very much for your positive review. We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay so much. We will be looking into upgrading the TV based on your comment and also replacing the Jacuzzi instructions. We use to have it but I guess it was misplaced. Also, for future stays you can always get in touch with anyone inside the resort and they happily will assist. On the maid, we have it as a default that they go before and after each stay with the possibility to go within they stay or even every day but we have it on demand since most people prefer the privacy. We will make sure to clarify it in the amenities description. Once again, we thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and ideas with us.
