'This apartment is on the third floor of an extremely run down building. The suite wasn’t brutal, but the check in routine was. Very central, very noisy especially at night. A bar across the street would fill into the street at night and parties would go until 2:00 am. Unless you want to stay up all night I’d avoid staying here.'
