Our gorgeous 3-story home is brand new with all new furniture which is truly a gem for you in your 30s, or families, or business people around the world to get together or work!!

We are conveniently located in a beautiful newly built area right near Walmart, Sam's, Albertsons, Sprouts & lots of Tea/coffee/boba stores and restaurants:
8 mins - LV Welcome Sign/Mandalay Bay/Town Square/MGM
10 mins - Strip/Airport/Raider stadium
15 mins - UNLV/Convention center/Chinatown

We provide a fully functional kitchen, FAST fiber WiFi, 70 inch / 55 inch / 55 inch 4K smart TVs, an office work area, a pool table, game areas, a 20-inch thick Queen air mattress with built-in pump, and much more.

Our home has 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths and is perfect for families and business trips. Sleeping arrangements: 1 King bed and 4 Queen beds, plus flexible extra bedding.

Our mission is to make all of you who ever stay in our sweet home have an unforgettable and impressive experience. You are welcome to use the entire home. Please make yourself feel right at home!

Please keep in mind that we have a zero-tolerance policy for any violations of short-term rental ordinances and our house rules. No over-occupancy. The occupancy listed on the agreement is the only occupancy allowed. No additional guests are allowed at any time.

Please be aware that walking onto the neighbor's sidewalk, driveway, or property is strictly prohibited. Any form of trespassing - including cutting across their space - is not allowed. If we receive a complaint from the neighbor, it may result in immediate cancellation of your booking and a $500 fine.

Your host is responsive and attentive all the time, so please let us know if there is anything we can help with. Our home is located in a nice, convenient, and quiet neighborhood, literally central to everything.

By booking our home, you agree to follow these essential house rules:

No Weed Smoking - Weed smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and outdoors, including the patio and backyard. If you smoke weed, please DO NOT BOOK.

Guest & Visitor Limit - The total number of guests plus visitors cannot exceed the reservation count. Additional visitors are not allowed at any time. If occupancy exceeds the booked count, there is a $200 per extra person per night charge. Maximum allowed: 10 people total.

Cigarettes and vapes are allowed only outside, a few feet away from windows and doors. Cigarette butts must be properly disposed of - any found on the property will result in a $300 cleaning fee.

Noise Policy - No loud bass music. A noise monitor is installed (tracks sound levels but does not record conversations). Parties or large gatherings are not permitted.

Parking - Maximum of 4 cars allowed on the property. No additional parking is permitted. Street parking is not allowed.

Security & Monitoring - Exterior security cameras are in place at the front door and garage for security purposes and to monitor guest headcount.

Emergency Contacts - You must provide two additional contact numbers and one email for emergencies after you confirm your booking.

Failure to follow these rules may result in penalties, immediate cancellation, or eviction without a refund.
