Graduation for daughter!
The house was clean and a great location. We had room and enjoyed the outside patio. I felt safe in the neighborhood. A little pricey, but what can you expect for Las Vegas during Mother’s Day weekend. Overall, it was a very nice stay and I recommend the house and I would gladly come back!!!

Great house, great location!
Great location, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, nice hot tub, games and things to play as a family, large master bedroom and bathroom, good hosts. This was a wonderful house to stay in for the weekend and was even better than the pictures. We will definitely stay here again. This was such a beautiful, suburban neighborhood, but still close to the freeway and airport. We loved it here!

Sunny, relaxing space, close to everything
My family and I stayed in this home for the second half of our vacation. Perfect location to see some of the sites in Las Vegas as well as head out for a super rad hike to the Arizona Hot Springs. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming and the home was extremely comfortable. Thank you so much!!

Home away from home!
Our family was very pleased with this piece of property. The six of us felt very comfortable and it had plenty of room for all of us. It definitely beat staying in a hotel. I would not hesitate to ask for this property again. I even had the pleasure of meeting the owner just by chance. What a pleasant, cordial, friendly lady. Great experience!

Christmas family reunion
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. It was equipped with everything we needed for a week stay. We had a wonderful time with our family members from the East Coast. The host was easily accessible. The house rules and information about the property were readily available. We would gladly return.

Nice spot, close to everything
Loved it. Was the perfect HQ for our event team, close to everything. A few things need to be fixed around the house (fan in bathroom, drains in tubs are backed up), but overall it was really good. Beds are super comfy, and owners are great to work with.

safe/quiet/clean with friendly helpful hosts
We were in town for 3 day and four nights, racing cars and trucks along with nights on the town. This home is located in great neighborhood near shopping and has access to the freeway, but still very quiet and comfortable. When we had questions or needed help our host were available by phone or text immediatly. The home has nice cookware and a large fridge complemented with a GAS RANGE!! check in was a breeze as well. We did have one issue when one of the kids accidentaly locked ttem selfs out ot there room. We a were able to contact the host within minuets and they led us to the spare key. These folks have thought of everything!!!! We now have a place to stay we can count on!! thanks again to the wonderful hosts

Family Visit
We met in Vegas for a mini family reunion. The backyard games and large open area were great for visiting. The hosts were very accessible and we enjoyed the snacks when we arrived. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt safe walking in the evenings. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by.

Great Place! But....
The house is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Very clean and has everything you need. Was going to give 5-stars, but after checking out was informed the owner filed a $700(!) insurance claim alleging damage to the hot-tub cover. The hot-tub cover appeared to have been baking in the Vegas sun for years and had (literally) hundreds of rips and tears. You could hear it crack every time we touched it, but we didn't mind at all - It still worked. But now I know why they REQUIRED us to purchase the insurance - They wanted a new cover for their hot-tub. And we wonder why insurance costs renters so much....

This house is great!! Clean spacious house was big enough for our family of seven to stay in for the week. Nice outdoor yard with a hot tub. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook your meals. Was in constant contact with the owners. They checked with me throughout our stay. Will stay there again when return to Vegas!

Loved our trip. House was as listed. Clean, everything we needed/well stocked in the kitchen. Coffee set up was great. Back yard was the perfect set up for our kids, and the hot tub was so relaxing. Bedding and beds feel like a fancy hotel. Loads of towels given. There was a pack n play and sheet for our toddler, the twin room was perfect for our young kid. We all slept in every day. They even had a map to show local stores and such. Would stay again.

Family getaway
Very nice and cozy home located close enough to the strip, stores, and restaurants. House was more than enough space for my family. Plenty of things to keep the children entertained like the board games and tetherball outside. The house needs a few minor repairs but nothing that affected our stay. James and Elaine are great with communication and very friendly. Will definitely stay again when visiting the Las Vegas area.

My friends and I were in Henderson for a women's retreat, we stayed at casa Nuevo. This house was so nice and very clean. We were not disappointed at all! We all decided that we will be back next in October. I will definitely rent this house again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Green Valley Stay
I use VRBO often. Want I look for is comfort. Its all opinion but the beds here were great, I like a medium firmness bed and this was perfect. The beds are lower than the newer high beds but I didnt mind at all. plenty of TV streaming options and internet worked flawless. Very quiet neighborhood. I loved the use of th garage to keep the car out of the sun. Ill book again

Far better than staying on Las Vegas Strip!
You will love this place! We needed a place to stay for two nights before heading to the Grand Canyon. For a family of six, this was a far better option than getting two hotel rooms on the strip. It was fun showing our young adult kids, Las Vegas for their first time, but it was even better to leave the chaotic strip and arrive back to this wonderfully peaceful home. The house was a quick drive on easy roads to the strip, and we conveniently parked at the Miracle Mile Shops parking garage, walking out of the mall right onto the strip. Maverick Helicopter Tours was a quick drive from the house too, which our kids loved. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to tons of stores. Target nearby had prices no different than back home. The home itself was wonderful! The main living area was big and a great place for everyone to hang out. We enjoyed the modern flare of the home, and the rooms' minimalistic decor made everything feel clean and expansive.. The platform beds, which sat closer to the ground than our own beds, were extremely comfortable. All the kids commented on how well they slept. Jim and Elaine were great! The cold water bottles and snacks were such a blessing since we arrived late our first night and were exhausted. Their communication was wonderful too. They quickly responded to questions and gave several ideas for things to see/do in the area. We did not have time (it was really hot too) to enjoy the wonderful backyard - the space for lounging and playing is great! Thanks Elaine and Jim for helping make the first leg of our vacation wonderful.

Large Beautiful Home in Henderson
Very clean, very spacious home away from the strip in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. This property has a beautiful backyard with plenty of entertainment including a spa and tetherball. The kitchen had everything we needed and the hosts were gracious and kind. An excellent stay for our extended family.

Perfect for a Family Getaway!
We decided last minute to take a trip out of state for the remainder of our winter break, and Jim and Elaine were very accommodating! The house had so much space for us to relax and enjoy! The kids loved the hot tub, but the chemicals were very strong and gave them a rash. Just be cautious if you or your kids have sensitive skin! The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It’s located in a very quiet neighborhood, but still a short drive away for the strip! The only thing we wished for was a bigger, comfy couch for our whole family to cuddle up on. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Don’t hesitate to book it for you and yours!
