A real life oasis!
Cleaniest property I've had the pleasure of renting. All amenities were as advertised. I didn't want accommodations on the strip, and this was perfect. Safe, non-touristy area so everything i needed (grocery, gas station, local restaurants) was within a mile radius.

Great pickleball tournament getaway!
This property is only a couple miles from the airport, yet it's quiet, and it is about a couple miles from the great pickleball courts at Sunset Park. I actually walked home one evening after playing, and even stoped at Walmart for a few groceries on the way. I really appreciated how clean and well set up it was, with a private entrance, full kitchen, washer dryer, nice bathroom with a good shower, a comfortable couch, satellite TV, seperate bedroom, and it was particularly easy to UBER everywhere I needed to go. Worked great for my five day pickleball getaway and tournament!

Easy stay up to expectations
The stay at the place was great. Easy to get to the strip and we paid for parking each day (20-30) but you could uber as well. Clean, easy to use appliances, furniture. No concerns with our stay.

Better than we could have imagined!
Pictures do not do this place justice! It was perfect for me and my hubby’s week long stay. Super clean and safe area! Close to anything you would want to do. David was a wonderful host and goes above and beyond with extra amenities as well! When we come back to Vegas, there is nowhere else we will stay but here!

The place is exactly as it looks on the pictures. The location is so close to everything (you'll need a car). The place has everything you need already there. It's very quiet. David (the host) is very nice and checks to make sure your stay is comfortable.

Great place to stay away from the strip
David showed us around during check in and made sure we can contact him if anything arises. The small house is great if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay away from the busy strip. The location is excellent! Everything we needed was a very short drive. The amenities provided were great too. The private parking was also a plus. We did encounter an unexpected issue during our stay but David was responsive to the situation.

David's place was exceptional. Though I don't have many stays on this platform, I have stayed at over 60 hosted homes , and David's is easily in the top 5. Communication was great, place was very clean, and supplies were abundant. I will gladly stay here again and highly suggest David as a host.

The property owner meet us at the door when we checked in. He showed us the property then left. He was very nice and told us if we needed anything to give him a call he was there to help us in anyway he can and hope we enjoy are stay. Very nice place and would stay here again if we were to go back to Las Vegas.

Fantastic Accomodation
This was a fantastic home away from home! David met us at the place to give us the keys and show us around. The unit has everything that you will need-a nice place to sleep, watch tv, relax, cook-indoors and outdoors, washer and dryer (including detergent and softener sheets, a refrigerator loaded with water, and some small packages of chips. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and seemed to be 10 - 15 minutes away from everywhere we went-UNLV, the strip, and downtown. We were there for 5 days on a business trip. I appreciated having this wonderful smoke-free place to come back to every evening to relax. Thank you David for providing such a wonderful accomodation!

Wieder ein Super Aufenthalt
Es war wieder ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt gewesen, bei dem wir nichts vermisst haben. David ist ein toller Gastgeber, sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Es ist alles Vorhanden was man braucht. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit allen notwendigen Utensilien. Uns gefällt vor allem das Badezimmer wegen der Dusche. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Perfect place to stay off the strip!
What a great place to stay while in Las Vegas!! The apartment is better than the pictures & everything we needed was there! The small touches of bottled water, hair dryer, laundry soap, & even an assortment of chips made it even better. It was nice to be away from the hustle & bustle of the strip and feel so safe! When we come back, we will definitely stay here!!

You Will Not Be Disappointed!
The wife and I spent the week in Vegas for our anniversary and my birthday, we didn't want the hustle bustle of the strip hotels but wanted to a nice place to call home while in Vegas. This was perfect for us! My wife loved how "cute" and well decorated the mini house was. Super clean and had everything we needed except a standard coffee brewer which David provided when asked if available. They do have a Kurig style brewer, washe/dryer, iron/board, toaster, oven/range...and everything you need to live day to day! There is even a back yard to enjoy with a Parrot that hangs out which we loved! A quick drive to the strip, and many many other great spots you can seek out. Plenty of quality food joints for all your international cuisines as well! If you want easy, comfortable, quality VRBO for your Vegas trip, you will not be disappointed here! Host was very easy to work with and we would and will rent this property again while in Vegas!

12 minutes from the strip. Beer store .5 miles. Place was perfect. David had snacks, water and K-cups available. Definitely a place to stay vs a hotel Would go back in a heartbeat. Oh, did I tell you about the parrot in the tree in the back yard!!

Nice and Easy
Property was just far enough away from the Strip for peace and quuet, but close enough to get there quickly. Proximity to the airport was convenient, too. The sofa and carpeting are starting to show a little wear, but it was clear the owner, David, makes an effort to make guests feel comfortable. He was extremely accomodating and friendly. Definitely recommended.

The location was centrally located for everything we did. The neighborhood was very quiet. Has an exceptional outdoor area! David was very responsive to questions we had. Downside was the bed - very firm. I'm really picky so others may prefer that. Wouldn't recommend staying with more than 2 adults.

David was readily available if needed. Great if you want to explore surrounding area plus 10 minute drive to strip. Place was clean with necessary items if you want to cook in. Front and back yard sitting areas to relax. Safe neighborhood. Internet a little spotty but still highly recommended!

Quiet and pleasant
Very clean and well kept property. We were looking for something out of the way and less busy than the strip and we certainly found it here. The accommodations were clean and private. Check in was completely seamless which was a blessing as our flight was delayed and we had a very late arrival. The owner is WONDERFUL and has a beautiful macaw named LOCO who wanders around outside during the day. I tried to make friends with Loco but I'm not sure he was nearly as impressed with me as I was with him. Many thoughtful touches were added and communication with the owner was definitely on point. We were not in need of a thing! Highly recommend for a quiet out of the way stay away from the nightlife of Vegas.

My husband and I loved this place, it was perfect for our stay. It is beautifully decorated, very comfortable with all the amenities we needed and the owner is very responsive and welcoming. We were really pleased with how close this is to the airport and attractions in the Las Vegas area and is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. We hope to stay again someday and will highly recommend to others.

Die Unterkunft ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und lässt nichts vermissen. David ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, und man kann ihn immer kontaktieren. Alles war Sauber und Ordentlich, das Bett für uns genau richtig. Es wird nicht unser letzter Urlaub bei David gewesen sein.

David met us at the house, he showed us around, suggested places to eat, and told us about Sunset Park where we enjoyed walking. We were provided with a lot of extras, including water, a Keurig coffee maker, etc. The washer and dryer were an extra plus!! Super cute and clean too. This was the perfect place for a starting point to many adventures! Death Valley, Ring of Fire National Park, and Red Rock Canyon National Conservatory that all provided trails with beautiful hiking and wildlife. Thank you to David and Ronnie for providing a great place to stay!

We were very impressed with the thoughtful details David has put into his rental. A very well appointed rental that we would be happy to stay in again. Coffee maker, hair dryer, TV with included HBO all made for a perfect stay. Not sure I have stayed in a rental that was thoughtful enough to include a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher. Did not need either, but shows extra effort in making an enjoyable rental. Would highly recommend

Great, Quiet Place to stay
David was very accommodating and responded immediately if we needed clarification on anything. The vrbo itself was immaculate and looks exactly like it is advertised. We had a great stay, and enjoyed the smoking areas both in front and in back. It happens that David has a 20 year old Macaw that graced us with his presence on a daily basis and was one of the highlights of our stay. Even though this is located very near the airport, we never noticed any engine sounds, etc. There is everything you need to either prepare food there or a short distance to any type of restaurant you could possible want. We will definitely be back if it is open the next time we visit Vegas. Kudos to David for being so friendly and accommodating! Thank you!

Great property
We really enjoyed our time at David’s place. It is conveniently located. Not far from the strip but not in all the traffic. Very close to the airport. We didn’t cook there but it was well stocked with spices. Great selection of kcups for the coffee maker. The only thing I would suggest is he put an address out front. I wasn’t sure we were at the correct place. Thanks David
