Hi, Denise! H a u? Our complex is a cozy, fully sanitized and perfectly clean with all new restrictions. All the pics are new. Apartment looks exactly like on the professional pics, specially made it for the VRBO. Our locks works well! Our helper Tammy helps u with that right away. Also when Tammy went to u - u never complain about cleaning u just ask a broom and basket extra because some of the guest spill on the floor something and Tammy kindly bring u extra things right away with all our respect. I do also understand that’s for 1 week stay u can need it. Apartment was very clean and looks cozy and nice. I understand that’s u want to stay at luxury place but it doesn’t mean u can just write dishonest review. Because at the end u did stay at the apartment and u like it. Also u want even extend your stay just I can’t offer to u that because apartment was already booked. So I don’t think the guests who really hate the stay will want to extend the stay. Also our family friendly complex have just nicely and clean tenants without any addiction. Also all pets inside the complex is a fully train and on leashes. It is so restricted, because we do have a kids at the complex also. Also light ball we did change it also right away. Our WiFi is so easy to connect and so high speed! All our guests are love it! I am happy to host u and I wish u to be happy and honest with yourself and simply with all surrounding. It is sad that’s in COVID-19 time people start be more angry and aggressive without any reason.
