Lovely Little Home
We loved our stay! The home was in a quite neighborhood, we had a private yard for our dogs with a patio table & fire pit. The home itself was very clean, freshly decorated & had all the essentials. Rachel was easy to work with & her entire family was so nice. Will definitely stay again! Beth Good

A Stay at Raquel's Place
Check-in was easy, just put in the code to the door. We brought our dog and the yard was just great it was huge. Raquel has her own dogs and my dog and one of her dogs played everyday. Swimming pool is for the summer but the hot tub works just fine. Everything in the kitchen worked fine and it was well-stocked. Raquel is an excellent host directions to wherever you wanted to go and anything that we needed she provided. Internet connection was Secure and fast. I looked forward to the conversations with Raquel's father. No hesitation to stay there again.

Amazing back yard, adorable home
This was perfect for us close enough to go in and out of the strip area. The yard cannot be deacribed... amazing! House was cute, clean, very comfortable bed. Would stay here again!

Perfect size for small group
The property was a perfect size for my husband and his friend. Everything was comfortable and clean and the backyard is amazing. The check in and check out process was super easy. If we ever go back to this area again, we would stay here again!

The place was the perfect size for me and my two friends! It was a quick uber ride from the strip and far enough so you get some peace and quiet at night. The host was very easy to reach and responded to all my messages really quickly. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful Casita!!
Raquel was a Wonderful Host. Communicate about my stay, before booking was clear. My Husband and I were celebrating our 25th anniversary and some family and friends that came to town were able to gather with us for a mixer in the Beautiful backyard space. We have found a Comfortable Gem in Raquel's guest house! It was just perfect for us...the only downer was we didn't book more days. We will definitely be booking this Casita on future visits to Las Vegas. Thank you Raquel you are Awesome & your home is perfect for a couple! Luxury, updated, clean, spacious best home away from home that I've booked in a long time. We'll be back in about 6months🤞🏽🥰

Raquel and Jose were great the accommodations were exactly as advertised. Great for two couples or a family of Four. About 15 minutes from the strip and recommend using UBER. Would stay again!

A PERFECT FIT FOR A RELAXING STAY
The owners are truly wonderful people. They went out of their way to accommodate my stay and happiness. The casita was exceptionally clean and nicely styled. I had all that I needed. I attended my daughter's wedding and wanted a quiet place outside of town. Thank you to the owners.

Quick stay for a wedding!
We traveled to Vegas for a wedding in Summerlin and the location was a quick 10 minute drive. Being that it’s pet friendly we brought our dog and really enjoyed the backyard. We would definitely stay again as it was cute, clean, and an easily accessible location.

Beautiful outside and inside. My party and I mostly spent most of our time outside in the pool or by the fire place. The owner was very nice to come outside and show me how/where to turn the lights on. He was very nice about me texting at all hours of the day. I was clumsy and broke a awesome chair 😬 he was very nonchalant about it. If you ever want to feel spoiled on your vaca, definitely rent from Raquel.

A true oasis...
CLEAN & COMFORTABLE. If available and the strip doesn't matter to you, BOOK it! Private pool/jacuzzi/BBQ/gorgeous backyard. Not a place to cook a large family meal in a kitchen, but really who wants to cook like that on vacation? Do yourself a favor and have dinner at Mezzo. The filet was amazing! So clean and welcoming. First time to Vegas that I actually enjoyed myself. Will only stay here in the future. Close enough to strip to drive there, but not walk. Free parking, quiet neighborhood, and I wasn't worried my kids would wake anyone but me. Dishes were clean as was everything else. Loved it!

Great relaxing place
It was a great spot! The stove didn’t work and I texted the owner and they had installed a new one while we were out at the casino that same day. Amazing service. The backyard was great and we enjoyed having coffee and breakfast each morning. Extremely clean and had everything we needed.

Oasis of tranquility
This is a brand new wing of the owners home set in the most beautifully landscaped grounds with pool, spa and many shady and sunny areas in which to laze away from the hustle and bustle of The Strip. Ideal for us and our teenage daughter ( would be good for 2 couples who don’t mind sharing one bathroom ). The fittings are of the highest quality with great A/C and the whole place is really comfortable. The kitchen is great for home cooking with top appliances and all utensils you need but dining is best outside as there is not a huge amount of room inside. There is a small sitting area with TV. This is a great alternative to staying in a hotel on The Strip which is about 20 mins drive away. We enjoyed relaxing in the fabulous gardens. Stayed 4 nights and plan to return in November. Easy drive out to Red Rock Canyon which is worth a days visit. Thank you Raquel !

Home away from home
The casita is very modern and clean. Beautifully decorated and well stocked. Raquel and her family were fantastic hosts. Close enough to the strip but far enough away for some peace and quiet. I won’t hesitate to stay here again for my next trip!

Awesome Place! Super Nice Owner!
Truly a gem in the desert! We stayed for a 10 day trip to the area for a business convention and sight seeing. We highly enjoyed the home and back yard! Great pool and jacuzzi! We felt right at home! Raquel and her family are super nice and very attentive to our needs during the stay. The house is super convenient to the grocery store, Walmart, and anything else you need! Very easy access to the interstates. Close enough to the strip for a quick trip but yet far enough away that it was quite and peaceful in the neighborhood! Also close to Red Rock Canyon and about a 45 min drive to the Hoover Dam. We visited several casinos in the area, there are actually two major casinos right by the house but they were still closed from the COVID shutdown while we were there. We highly recommend this property and we will be staying there again when and if we return to the area!

Fabulous space close to the strip
The unit you stay in is attached to the owners property which was a little odd but it did make me feel a lot safer. We absolutely loved our stay, the back yard and pool were fantastic and the owners were super cool and really chill.

Here for a LV Baseball Tourny
The place was awesome. The location was perfect, a short drive to the location of our tournament and to the LV strip. The owner was very responsive to our needs, which was only one time, because all that we needed was already provided. The place was neat, clean and perfect for our family of 4. The outdoor bathroom was a bonus and very much appreciated. AC, TV’s and all other amenities worked great. Wow to the backyard/pool area. It was amazing. We had some guests over to the pool, and they all agreed and were impressed with the yard and pool. Will definitely try to stay here again.

Stayed here for 2 nights and it has to be one of the best rental homes I have stayed in. Raquel was very nice and was very quick to answer any question I had about the house. The backyard was absolutely BEAUTIFUL in every aspect. WILL BOOK AGAIN!

Jose & Raquel were so kind & welcoming. Always there to help when needed. Our littles LOVED the pool & hotub. They played into the evenings. We all soaked up some much needed sun after a long winter in MN. I myself loved to sketch in the mornings outside in the most beautiful backyard ever! A Perfect Stay!
Our stay at Raquel's property was exceptional! The location was perfect for us to attend a family wedding, the casita was all that was described, and more. The owner has thought of everything to make sure her property is comfortable. It was spotlessly clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, there was plenty of room for the three of us, and the design of the casita made it spacious. Although we did not do any cooking, there are ample pots/pans, dishes, glassware available to do so; cabinets are well-stocked with all that you need. The bathroom has a large, walk-in shower; plenty of fluffy towels. Although we were too busy with the wedding to enjoy the casita's outdoor space, it is huge and also beautifully designed. Raquel's family even helped us with some heavy luggage which was so appreciated after a long drive. We highly recommend this perfect casita!

Owners were very responsive and helpful. Be aware. This is a very small place. It was fine for us because we had kids. Might be very tight with 5 adults. Backyard is beautiful.

New, clean, helpful owner, but small
The pros are that the property was very clean, brand new, nice neighborhood, beautiful backyard, pool, and jacuzzi. The cons, this is actually a small apartment built onto the owners home, so you can hear them sometimes through the wall. The second bathroom is actually an exterior bathroom for the pool, so the unit has only one bathroom, really. There was no small dining table as shown in the photo when we stayed there. There was no cable (only local channels on each TV, but The owners live there so they were responsive in providing one device that allowed us to get cable channels on one TV.

Wonderful experience
My family and I had a great time. We didn't get to use the amenities because it rained, but we did enjoy the view every night. Management was very accommodating and helpful. We would highly recommend staying there.
